I know this was discuss in the MEGA BTT many times. But is there anyone around that can make a resume on this?

AFAIR, there will not be a final decision. It is up to the users of the voting how the results of the voting are to be interpreted (via AT or the like).

I like that solution because it gives freedom to people.

Poll creator should decide how he want to interpret the result.
For this he should get various options implemented.
