hi dears

 i had exchange from nxt to bitcach
But after eight hours not reaching bitcach wallet

my tranxaction=6999373527916907877

what does it mean
plz help me

Hello,

as you say, the transaction appears in the blockchain so it has been sent successfully. So if after some time the NXT do not show up in your exchange balance, you'll need to contact their user support. It is up to them to credit deposits in their system.

You need to contact the user support address of the service (bitcach, as you mention). They received the NXT, it's up to them to credit them to your balance. It is not a problem in the Nxt platform.
