I sent 6267 Nxt to the Ardor deposit address given by poloniex.
Of course it was my mistake, but poloniex has access to the Nxt and just doesn't do anything.
I opened a ticket 9 days ago and got no answer at all.

Did anyone experience similar problems with poloniex?
What to do?

Yep. One ticket of mine took around two weeks to be checked. They had a surge of new members and has around 30k users connected at the same time so they have to grow support as well.

Dont worry they will answer you, they answer by ticket number priority. They will get to you when it will be your turn. But yeah... I understand its kinda of a pain to wait without answers, but dont worry, ur turn will come.

Poloniex can not ansvers your tickets. Is the horribel but this is Poloniex is under no circumstances liable for any loss or injury suffered by a failure of a transaction to complete properly. Further, Poloniex is in no way responsible for notifying you of a transaction failure.

You have to write the other tickets say that is fake transaction and hope.

Did you copy their TOS? Are they written in such a bad english or are these your own words?

I want to come back to this issue. Poloniex is not releasing 6267 Nxt belonging to me after 6 month.

After more than 4 month poloniex contacted me for the first time - hold on to your seat - saying:
"We will look into your ticket. We will close the 2nd and 3rd related ticket."

Wow! Closing the 2nd and 3rd ticket is fine, because they were also about this issue. I simply didn't know any other way to contact them about their inactivity.
So I had opened these two additional tickets.

But saying they will look into my first ticket after more than 4 month is just making fun of me.
Now 2 month after their message they didn't manage to actually look into my ticket.
Does anyone have an email address of them?
I don't even see any postal address on their website.

Am I really the only one who send Nxt to the Ardor deposit address on poloniex?

Can anyone imagine some technical explanation why they wouldn't be able to access the Nxt sent to my Ardor deposit address?
Even if there were a technical reason, why do they refuse to resolve my ticket?

How would you assess the legality of just keaping my Nxt?
They could argue: yes, their was a transaction of Nxt to an Ardor depositaddress, but how to we know these Nxt are yours?
Well this is a unique depositaddress - only known to the accountholder. So of course it was me who sent these Nxt.

What would you do now in my shoes?
Poloniex has 6267 Nxt, which belong to me and they just don't answer questions or do anything about it.

It's completely normal. 9 days is nothing. You have to usually wait 2-3 weeks before you get any answer at all.
