There is a separate thread for Gamule here.

API for Gamule and more, better games will be coming.

I will also talk more about the deal and DGEX stuff when I can stretch to a member newsletter long due.

is there a way to see all bets from all users across each game, besides scrolling through?? it would be nice to see the win/loss totals so we can calculate the total profit/loss for shareholders..

Can we expect a newsletter at any stage this quarter or is that to much to ask?

Yes you can expect a newsletter when a bonus system for Gamule is ready, so we will be able to offer bonus money for willing players right there.

Graviton,

With the failure of DGEX.com and management of funds given to you and nothing interesting or potentially profitable in the future, I think it's time to throw the towel in.  A lot of investors besides myself gave you a bunch of money to update DGEX and a variety of other things and it seems that you're either incompetent or too lazy to get it done.

I don't mean to sound harsh, but I think I've waited long enough to see anything successful.  I've already asked you this one time in private and I'm asking you publicly now.  Please take the rest of the investors funds and return it back.  It's game over and it seems to me that you're just living off our investment money with a bunch of empty promises.

I would rather have it in my hands than have you slowly dwindle it away to nothing on failed projects.

I do also want to say publicly that I appreciate the work you did early on.  You were one of the initial Nxters and really worked hard to get the ball rolling.  Please now, graciously exit and return back to us what we entrusted you with.  The private IPO was 100NXT/share and the public IPO was 125NXT/share.  Even after the hack there should be a significant amount left to return.

Thank you LibertyNow for your views.

Despite the deteriorated public image and very low exchange business volume, DGEX is not giving up. I have been working for a good while to provide valuable channels for the shareholders to gain on their previous input. This includes arrangements and preliminary negotations about a potential sale of the brand / site as well as various channels of revenue such as the gamule.com gaming site whose profits will be shared at the end of Q1 2015.

You are not alone with that view. If I had a similar investment ongoing I would perhaps share it. But that's where it ends - your request of refunding high risk investment funds is just a little short of absurd. I'm sure you remember it was a non-refundable transaction where I personally sold one third of my wholly owned assets for a price that all buyers personally agreed with.

DGEX was the first NXT related venture to go public, even much before the Decentralized Asset Exchange was operating. The aim of public NXT based trading is to encourage transfer of public business shares to the cryptocurrency world, a task which DGEX once again was the pioneer of - and very successful at that until business took a major downturn, which is not the rule but not at all uncommon in any publicly traded business, and nearly certain for all cryptocurrency businesses up to this date.

Now, would you go and ask for your investment back from a NASDAQ company when its bona fide business goes sour after a long time of operations and you eventually lose some or all of the value of the shares you purchased? No you wouldn't. Would you ask it back from a cyberspace cryptocurrency company? You could, but hardly with any success. Would you ask your high risk investment with no guarantee back from Graviton who you know is a man with integrity? Yes you do, despite there not being moral, legal nor historic basis for fulfilling such a request, and you know it.

Asking me to return your non-refundable, no-guarantees purchase price or part of it is an attempt to breach the contract you agreed to when purchasing the shares. And it's quite impolite. If you have made something that you consider a bad investment, swallow it like a man. Some investments are bad and you lose money. Face it and move on.

Having clarified the issue about the non-refundable nature of the shares, I know it is hard to believe, but my integrity goes beyond what you see. The work for producing value for DGEX shareholders continues.

Graviton,

Most of your comments here are beside the point and that's probably mostly my fault as my post was a bit of a shotgun approach.  Let me be more succinct.

You were a game changer and cutting edge at the time with DGEX.  Your work in the NXT community is a timeless contribution that will never be forgotten.

However, it seems you've lost interest in the success of DGEX.

1) Most of your responses take a week or more as the pattern and not the exception.  You have gone from "super active" to "active", to "I hope Graviton responds to this post....sometime".

2) DGEX.com has lost it's market leader status and has little to no volume.  After many reported issues with the site, you were still unable to even add a simple redirect from http://dgex.com to https://dgex.com.  That takes less than 5 minutes for any decent web programmer.

3) Gamule.com has barely been marketed and has little activity. (Personally, I've enjoyed many games of battleship, but it seems I'm one of the few)

4) In many NXT circles, whenever a company IPO's, it's a rare occurrence that someone doesn't say, "I hope this asset doesn't turn out like DGEX!"

With regards to my refund request, let me be more specific.  I asked you for a refund BECAUSE I still believe you are a man of integrity AND because from all public appearances, it seems like you're done.  I'm not demanding or expecting.  I'm fully aware that my investment had no guarantees, but why use that as a reason not to try to restore whatever you can to your shareholders.

Also, please don't misunderstand, I'm not asking for personal reimbursement or a full refund, I'm asking for liquidation of assets.  Whatever DGEX has left, divide it by the shares and let us at least have something back.  There's nothing in breach of contract to encourage you to take a step back, realize that you're sitting on money that was entrusted to you and doesn't seem to have much hope of increased value and then calling it good.  If you were to do this, you would be put in the category of, "well he gave it a go and at least he knew when to the throw in the towel....and I still got some NXT back!".  If you do not, you will go down as "he just didn't know when to quit and blew all the cash".

The difference between these 2 scenarios is that with the first one, you still retain community trust.  We all understand businesses fail.  With the second one, you don't come back for any serious investors and it starts to look scammy/Graviton went on a spending spree.

Liquidation of assets will be the best way, but Graviton will never do this. He lost trust of shareholders, DGEX price dropped more than 10 times, trading volumes are pathetic, shareholders have to pay for hacking for a long time. It's best time for him to disappear.
