False. We have replied to your email and promised to handle your issue, which was caused by yourself attempting to withdraw shares to a wrong NXT account.

Hi. I did not mean to be offensive, I just did not know how to contact you in any other way (the contact form on DGEX does not seem to work for me). The transfer problem is completely my own fault, as I acknowlegd in my mails. I must have somehow missed your reply. The last mail I got is from january 7th and you refer to the dividends. Can I do anything to help you fix the mess I caused? Sorry for the trouble.

Ok no problem there. We have a few share issues like yours piled up for resolution. I regret the long resolution time, your pending shares have the correct destination account now and should be transferred within approx. 24 hours.

The transfer worked out, thank you very much! Now I can`t log in to DGEX anymore (minor problem, as there should be nothing left in there besides some dividends I guess).
I`m looking forward to your anouncements for the future of DGEX.

Still waiting for my deposit from 3 february.
How you going to raise trade volume, if we can't make deposit for a week?
I sent you pm at this forum, wrote about trouble here, sent contact form at dgex, but still had no answer.

Sorry for the delay, but you forgot to include your DGEX id in your messages here, which makes it very difficult to track your deposit. Also you had two pending NXT deposits, one quoting invalid txid, and one pending FIMK deposit (if it's your account, as we cannot be sure) making resolving your case a piece of guesswork.

Graviton,

With the failure of DGEX.com and management of funds given to you and nothing interesting or potentially profitable in the future, I think it's time to throw the towel in.  A lot of investors besides myself gave you a bunch of money to update DGEX and a variety of other things and it seems that you're either incompetent or too lazy to get it done.

I don't mean to sound harsh, but I think I've waited long enough to see anything successful.  I've already asked you this one time in private and I'm asking you publicly now.  Please take the rest of the investors funds and return it back.  It's game over and it seems to me that you're just living off our investment money with a bunch of empty promises.

I would rather have it in my hands than have you slowly dwindle it away to nothing on failed projects.

I do also want to say publicly that I appreciate the work you did early on.  You were one of the initial Nxters and really worked hard to get the ball rolling.  Please now, graciously exit and return back to us what we entrusted you with.  The private IPO was 100NXT/share and the public IPO was 125NXT/share.  Even after the hack there should be a significant amount left to return.

A lot of talk about no refunds, a mention of a major downturn and no positive news..I consider my shares worthless at this stage. I'm sure Graviton tried his best so I have no hard feelings towards the guy

Ever heard of the Dunning Kruger effect? It's time to cut your losses and start afresh, much like a Phoenix.

DGEX shareholder dividends for January, February and March 2015

Profit from Jan 1st through Mar 31st:

NXT fees accrued: 6348.17 NXT
FIMK fees accrued: 2794.16 FIMK
BTC fees accrued: 0.60968211 BTC

Gamule.com profits:

Dice: 544.73 NXT
        1028.98 FIMK

Cards: 238.08 NXT
         15519.38 FIMK

Ship: 8433.46 NXT
        1703.79 FIMK

FIMK fees converted to NXT @0.00000150 BTC / FIMK, @0.00004000 BTC / NXT: 789.24 NXT
BTC fees converted to NXT @ 0.00004000 BTC / NXT: 15242.05 NXT

Total fees accrued and converted to NXT: 31595.73 NXT

All profits have been converted to NXT and are paid in NXT only.

Profits will be distributed to shareholders unadjusted. All operating costs for the time period are absorbed by Graviton. Losses from July 2014 are carried over to the next period:

Total NXT left to compensate for the attack loss in July 2014: -1160117,61 NXT.
Total BTC left to compensate for the attack loss in July 2014: -43.727 BTC.

NXT profit per share: 17877.89 NXT / 330 000 shares = 0.0957 NXT / share

Dividends will be paid to the shareholder DGEX accounts NXT balance for those holders with shares still in the DGEX system.

AE shareholder profits will be paid to the NXT accounts of the shareholders.

Date for the distribution of profits: May 7th 2015

DGEX will temporarily stop trading on May 18th and will after that be considering buyback offer for any outstanding shares that will be published during August - September 2015.

Except for trading, the DGEX site will be operational also during the trading closure. During the time period from May 18th through July 31st all fund withdrawal requests will be honored weekly at the current rates. Withdrawal fees will be accrued and distributed to shareholders as usual, as will be any profits from the 50% ownership of gamule.com.

After July 31st 2015 the operations of DGEX will change considerably and withdrawal requests may or may not be honored as per the discretion and possibilities available for DGEX. In any case, due to the dismantlement of current operational facilities and standby accounts database the cost for fulfilling a cryptocurrency withdrawal after that date will be significant.

DGEX aims to purge and clear its customer reserves in order to start fresh with a new suite of services that involve direct p2p trading of cryptocurrencies, effectively eliminating the hazards of centralized exchange. Funds left on DGEX customer accounts on the old system will be used towards compensation of company losses, and towards the benefit of shareholders in the buyback / carryover offer in August - September 2015.

No, the amount is 0.60968 BTC but there was an error when converting that to NXT. The amounts have been amended. Dividends have been paid yesterday.
