Over 25 emails to them and many promises to get the issue resolved and STILL no NXT!?

52,000 NXT missing and it appears to me like they are ready to keep the money. I'm now, after many emails and requests for support, ready to assume that the money is lost. I have sent them all the needed information and have already contacted them multiple times with TX numbers/date/etc.

Looks like something is going on internally and things are about to hit the fan IMO.

Stay away.

CRAPTSY YOU ARE THE WORST CRYPTOEXCHANGE EVER.  HOW ARE YOU EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS?

IMO, CRAPTSY IS OPERATING ON FRACTIONAL RESERVES AND HAVE BEEN DOING SO FOR A LONG TIME.  THEY KEEP GETTING HACKED AND ALWAYS DENY IT.  I BELIEVE THEY HOLD PEOPLES' NXT WITHDRAWALS BECAUSE THEY WANT TO COLLECT THE FORGING FEES AND ARE HOPING WHEN NXT SHOOTS UP THEY WILL BE ABLE TO BAIL THEMSELVES OUT.

CRAPSTY YOU WILL BE OVERRUN BY NXT MGWS.

Try to harass them in bitcointalk threads. It proved efficient in my case (tickets were of no use just like yours), only took 9 days to withdraw, never used them since.

weird how nxt withdrawals are slow but dogecoins seem to get withdrawn quickly.

Try going on the Cryptsy IRC support channel #Cryptsy_Support on Freenode and asking for your coins.  Once you get them, never use Cryptsy again.  Instead use the MGW.

Had some trouble installing MGW, I'm a newbie and a Mac user. I'm trying to get up to speed on nxt as I see it as the future of money, in between running numerous bricks and mortar international businesses.  I have some exciting ideas for the AE but need to check my local laws to ascertain if I can list my new award winning vodka on the AE as we don't yet allow crowd funding where I am based.
