So this is the update on the developer situation…My close friends developers working corporate job are now on the fence after learning about the nature of crypto 2.0 projects in relation to grey area of regulation..basically they are a little spooked to risk cushy jobs for an uncertain environment. They may change their minds but only time will tell.
Notwithstanding, there is good news in the mean time…We have about 10 developer candidates at the moment. 7 are willing to start right away, 3 are on the fence about the opportunity. By next week there may be more candidates. They all seem ready to go, but there is a minor hurdle, most off them have never heard of crypto. So there will be a lengthy indoctrination process probably panning half of the cliff period in order to get most of them to speed on crypto and then the poker specifications. The cliff period during the vetting time will come in handy, see ground rules:
https://nxtforum.org/stark-industries-(nxtdice)/spending-policy-and-ground-rules/ . Also I came across a java developer, he might come in handy for the core devs later on.
So I have been delayed with actual coding work after spending a better part of my time of last week recruiting and finding the right fits. I also spent time helping stark with a lots of documents. there has been a lot of redesign and media stuff done. Now I officially go back to coding.
I will have all the developers create accounts and post to this thread as soon as soon as some preliminary screening is done and after the demo is released. I also have the whitepaper and roadmap enroute.
