Well I have been forging like a champ for what I have. I have forged 29 block in the past 16 days and not one has been a forging bounty. I have received forging bounty in the past yes, but over 2 weeks and 29 blocks with only 3 block having 1 coin each in them makes me wonder if it is even worth trying to forge. Now I have over 400k nxt I wonder how the little guy feels. I have said it time and time again this should have been setup for the little guy not the rich.

I tried "SEND CURRENCY" and typed "ARDR" or "ARDOR" but it didn't work ?

The Ardor asset was credited to Poloniex accounts yesterday evening. Transfers out of the Poloniex NXT account can be seen here: https://nxtportal.org/accounts/2825154884517497903 (look for AE transfers). There will probably be some selling pressure on the NXT Asset Exchange until the majority of the Ardor tokens at Polo are sold.

It seems that you equate marketing with a price drive, ie. a pump.

I find it hard to read it otherwise.

I might also add that to consisently be in mainstream news like Nxt is is quite a feat for a blockchain with a low budget.

We will NOT hype things that are not finished or might change in design. We WILL push news out when we have things to communicate. To do otherwise is just create a bubble that has no real value and will not help anyone.

If you expect some kind of magic 3x ROI in two days, you are going to be disappointed.

If you find 3 years of consistent good work to be interesting and promising, then you will most probably be pleasantly surprised.

I do not expect magic in 3 days, but the price speaks for itself after 3 years of hard work and the price still goes down its not appealing to the masses. I am not the only one voicing displeasure over how things are handled. Marc De Mesel has voice his concerns over how things are handled as well and I agree with him. I bought some nxt when it first came out and it was rather difficult just to install and use compared to other coins. The interface now with all its features are great I think, but how come I feel like one in 100,000 telling people how great nxt is? I have shown support when I bought this coin more then once, so what is wrong with wanting some more marketing on this coin?

Will ardor be distributed as well from the bounty?

I have tried to make a node, but when I add the lines in the nxt conf it wants me to redownload the blockchain.

How low will it go? I am guessing 1500-2000.

2200's now and a slow decrease for over a month now. Over 1000 sat price drop in 2 weeks looks like 1500 might be a bit high. It might and probably will go lower.

Well maybe you are one of the few that is in it for altruistic reasons, but most of the people are into crypto to make a buck.

Let tell you how it's gonna go once Ardor hits the exchanges:
First day: huge spike up, followed by a gradual decline.
After a few days/weeks another spike up, followed by another gradual decline.
Maybe months later another spike (or not, depends on development and media attention).

Look up just about every other crypto and you get the picture.

I'm not trying to dishearten you, but that's the cold hard truth.

I agree. it will be almost a year before ardor ca even be used.

The down trend some will say is because of the value of ardor going from nxt to ardor itself. What exchange do you have your coins on? Some exchanges have agreed to distribute ardor.

People who have invested more of their money in Nxt are likely to get rewarded more, that's logical don't you think? In Bitcoin (or other PoW-coins) a small miner can't mine any blocks, but in Nxt even a small investor can start forging right away.

The point of the bounty was more forging power. If you have a lot of nxt to forge with your going make extra nxt no matter what. All this shows is the rich will get richer. Pools I can see need to get the reward, but some rich guy just getting richer while the little guy who would benefit from it the most and get nxt off the exchanges does not. 353 active forgers right now is not a lot.
