AEUR / Ardorgate is stopping gateway service
« on: January 19, 2020, 05:44:29 pm »
Dear users,

Ever since we entered the market, our vision was to provide a gateway from fiat EUR to AEUR child chain token on Ardor platform.

We put in a lot of hard work and did everything in our power to make the outcome different, but market conditions, increasing regulation, banks not willing to work with crypto related business, inability to fund further development and maintain operations forced us to make a difficult decision:

With great regret, we’re announcing that Ardorgate service is shutting down.

We want to notify our users that we will terminate all services and servers after February 28, 2020 23:59 GMT.

All users have to withdraw their funds in the meantime. Please send AEUR to the reserve address ARDOR-NJ92-R5GB-HQB4-6NW7T with message attached (encrypted recommended) with your EUR banking information (IBAN account owner name, account No. in IBAN format). Please note, that minimum amount to withdraw is 10 EUR, while maximum amount to withdraw (per 24 hours) is 1000 EUR.

For users with amounts less than 10 AEUR, we will keep an open AEUR buy order on Ignis chain coin exchange until deadline.

We assure you that the team will focus on support during this period to resolve any possible issues as fast as possible. In case of any issues, please contact us through our website at https://www.ardorgate.eu/contact-us/

Thank you supporting us for so long, Ardorgate team

Ardor General Discussion / Re: Burn Account
« on: March 18, 2019, 09:18:19 pm »
I would go this way:
1. Let's say, starting from block 644000, take the last number (or which ever) from the next 5 blocks ID's. Last number of 644001 is A, 644002 is B,....,644005 is E.
2. By combining these five numbers, you get block height ABCDE.
3. Get that block hash.
4. combine previous block hash, ABCDE block hash and next block hash. Sha256 that set and get some public key.
5. Generate account ID from this generated public key.
Is that makes sense?

Try get balance api of genesis account: https://testnxt.jelurida.com/nxt?=%2Fnxt&requestType=getBalance&account=NXT-MRCC-2YLS-8M54-3CMAJ
This query is on testnet, replace testnxt.jelurida.com with yournode:7876 or any public api node on mainnet. Amount you'll get will be negative, but positive expression will give you amount in circulation. Balance in NQT from the result must be divided by 10^8.

AEUR / Re: AEUR to Cash Transaction
« on: May 16, 2018, 03:01:28 am »
Switch to AEUR chain and click "Withdraw AEUR" link in top right of the Ardor client. Fill fields with your Mistertango account details, amount, calculate fee and click Submit. After around 10 transaction confirmations you should get real EUR into your Mistertango account. Also check Withdraw section at https://www.ardorgate.eu/tutorial/

AEUR / [ANN] ARDORGATE- A gate between the EURO and the Ardor ecosystem
« on: January 30, 2018, 10:23:38 am »
https://www.jelurida.com/ardorgate-euro-peg-launched

Ardorgate and the new AEUR token are now live!
Monday, January 29, 2018
Jelurida has partnered with Ardorgate (www.ardorgate.eu) to deliver an Ardor-based Euro pegged child chain token named AEUR. We are excited to announce today the official launch of that child chain service. This expansion pushes Ardor further towards enabling blockchain technology for small and medium sized companies. It continues to prove the viability of the Ardor platform, and also creates a much needed fiat to crypto entry point to the Ardor ecosystem.

The new AEUR tokens can be used to trade any of the assets existing on the Ardor platform, and can be exchanged for ARDR or any child chain coin tokens. This provides a quick and simple entry point into the Ardor and cryptocurrency world using Euro. As each AEUR token will always equal exactly €1, this token will have an inherent stability guaranteed and backed by Ardorgate and their strategic partner Mistertango Bank, the bank serving as the payment processor.

The AEUR child chain represents an important use case and milestone in the growth of the Ardor platform. It enables easy conversion of fiat to crypto, allows buying and selling of items with prices denominated in Euro, trading of blockchain assets and paying dividends again in Euro, and makes participation in ICOs with prices based in Euro easier for all users.

"As a business man who has been dealing with crypto for a long time, I fully understand the challenges new users are faced with when trying to enter the crypto world. The AEUR token provides a simple and affordable solution for them, and a robust tool for businesses to transfer funds quickly between their real world projects and the Ardor platform. This is a one of a kind solution, which opens the door for many future enhancements.", says Martynas Bacevicius, the founder of Ardorgate.

"The entry point into crypto has always been a problem for our European customers, using the AEUR Ardor child chain we now have a simple solution to convert between the Euro and our tokens. We are excited to work with Ardorgate to deliver the best user experience in the blockchain industry", says Lior Yaffe, Co-founder and Managing Director at Jelurida.

Learn more about AEUR, and learn how to purchase it using your Mistertango Bank Account at https://www.ardorgate.eu/tutorial/.

« on: January 30, 2018, 10:19:42 am »
Then what ArdorGate is for? :)

Ardorgate is responsible for AEUR peg to EUR on 1:1 basis. Mistertango is a bank we use for our service.

When I search for account id I get information about account. But ARDR amount is different from what I see in my client. I'm fully synced. Client 2

Nxt Helpdesk / Re: Typo finder - 12 word mixer
« on: October 10, 2017, 06:05:54 am »
Hi

Did you try some common typo errors users sometime have?

1. Add extra spaces in the beginning or the end of passphrase.
2. If you copy paste passphrase, try to add "c" or "v" letters to the end of passphrase.
3. If you use Windows and store passphrase in Microsoft Word, try to copy paste passphrase to notepad or other simple editor and then copy paste passphrase from it into client.

1. Did you use 12 random words passphrase offered by Nxt client or your own?
2. Did you check your PC for viruses?
3. Where did you store your passphrase?

Nxt General Discussion / Re: IGNIS ICO

What the sense of shuffling, if you could see where from or where to money goes? Idea of shuffling is that you cannot find such information, it does not depend on node kept history.

Hi  :D

something is wrong here  :o
https://nxt.jelurida.com/index.html?account=NXT-YZ2V-S25E-HDXC-5QCEQ
from where come this NXTs?
They came from a shuffling transaction back in April last year (16985054599709775607). Why is that a problem?
Hi  :D

thank you for your explanation but I find this strange?!?
is the result of the shuffling not displayed as an incoming transaction in the ledger?

it is very bizarre, these 10 million appeared from nowhere as if they were automatically produced by the system in this transaction ... which makes me think the same as SwissAlps and that someone found the way to produce more NXT but it can only use them by buying with it directly in the AE and MS ... in addition to the scam coins in its possession ... it's too suspect all that  ???

i find suspect the silence of jelurida in this forum too  ::)

Please check https://nxtwiki.org/wiki/Coin_Shuffling before making decisions.
Thank you  :D , i was on this page  ;D
the receiver accounts of the suffling result are invisible in the network until the day when it uses its balance?
why there is no incoming transaction in the ledger?
Thank you again  :D

Because that's how shuffling works. There is no transaction, NXT disappears from one account and just appears in another account. This is mixing feature, in order to make funds movement non tractable.

Bittrex gives message by depositing ARDR, which must be included unencrypted in ARDR transfer. Seems you didn't include such message. Please contact Bittrex support, nobody from Nxt could help you with this problem.

Official Nxt Releases / Re: NRS v1.11.7
« on: August 07, 2017, 02:37:15 pm »
thank you for shipping this update

edit: to update on linux should I just delete my current NXT folder and install the new wallet? If I ZIP 'nxt_db' before hand I can save up my current blockchain state, right?

You can unzip new version over the old one.
