BTER behavior is absolutely golden, can't really remember anything like that
Man BTER screwed up really badly (no 2fa, one password, sent the hacker money after negotiations were over etc) but I can't help but feel sorry for freeworm. He's basically ruined.
And this is not the first time they have been hacked. What's the count now like 10. Bloodly hell, Such incompetence.

Don't get me wrong its a awful loss but bter should eat this as its their fault alone. If this does get rolled back how will it look to others. If i start an exchange and i lose customers funds due to my lax in security can i request a roll back ?

What people need to realize is that it does not matter if a coin is fully anonymous or not for the gov's to say it's good or bad.
If they deed it a threat for what ever made up reasons they state it will be attacked regardless if it's anonymous or not.
