I didn't really believe you that camels were considered pests in Australia until I found this:
http://www.warwickdailynews.com.au/news/opportunities-abound-with-trading-camels/1555929/

Quote
"In South Australia, in particular, it is illegal to release feral camels so we do sell them on to landholders with prices-per-head ranging from $70-$100," Mr Eathorne said.

"They do then have to add on transport costs and consider the fact that you can fit about 25-26 yearlings on a 45-foot trailer."
Obviously grown milk-producing camels must cost quite a bit more than the $70-$100.
I will hold off on buying shares until I see some camel sign pictures. :)

Time to buy:

this gave me a laugh! i can assure you my images will be alot more legitimate! :)

and we have just sold another 300 shares! thank you to the buyer. i will not let you guys down.

and yes as stated in the first post, ill have a full breakdown of equipment costs and expenses in a spreadsheet in due time!

We do not just farm camels, we have a range of other animals in our small farm, but these shares particularly are for the camels alone.

Thanks for all your support guys, another big day tomorrow! it really makes me smile to see positive comments and support.

congratulations,
you just sold your first 298 assets on NXT AE (to yours truly)

so how much does a camel cost?

thank you so much, my first assets sold, you are contributing to so much more than just an assets program with dividends, your contributing to autism awareness.

this is my passion and i will succeed.

One other question (I grew up out on a farm)
How many camels do you have? How many L of milk does each camel currently yield?
Are camels not incredibly expensive? (as in, exponentially more expensive than dairy cows - which I know aren't cheap)

I struggle to see how issuing an asset worth only ~30k (68 bitcoins at today's NXT price) could possibly get you 10-20 additional camels.
Camels cost a lot more than $1500!

Hi there thanks for the questions, currently we have 6 camels, each producing around 7L per day  - of which only 2 are in working condition and currently producing milk around the clock - 7l per day = 49l per week = 196l per month - for each camel. give or take a few litres for spillage and non producing hours/days.

believe it or not camels are considered a pest in Australia, camel farms sell producing camels for as cheap as $900 per camel depending on age/production rate, i can acquire these quite easily/cheaply in small bulk batches. Its more the experience and how-to which comes at a price, something which comes naturally to me.

another side note, currently the milk sells for $ 20 per litre - which is fastly increasing to around $25 per litre due to high demand, which would act as a great benefit for dividends and profit.

All my work here is for my beautiful daughter Anne. she has low-functioning Autism, which is at the severe end of the autism spectrum. but without her, all this wouldn't exist. now i have something to work towards.

you can read more on Autism here: http://autism.lovetoknow.com/Low_Functioning_Autism

Hi WhiteGold

I like your asset and the unique product you are offering.

Kindly provide a little detail about your crypto world experience. How long have you been involved with crypto currencies. Any other forum memberships?
How did you learn about nXt?

satoshi

i have only recently got to know about crypto, through my brother Damien. I wanted to start a kickstarter, but then came across NXT and the ability to create assets and decided to get to work with a plan, and this is my result.

at the end of the day, for myself, this is nonprofit - basically almost every dollar i earn goes towards autism awareness.

If you get me a sign picture with a camel and the asset ID and your NXTforum ID, I'll buy in!
Haha this is one of the more interesting assets I've seen yet.

I can make this happen for you :) check back within 48hours

apologies for the typos and slightly incorrect calculations, i have modified these. they should me more closer to actual rates now. the suggested 500- 650l was the projected litres for after tier 1 - tier 2.

and thanks for your interest PrintShop, its privately owned, and my wife is acting as accountant.

Assets Board / [ANN] WhiteGoldShares - Business Plan Nov 17th 2014 (WGS)
« on: November 17, 2014, 03:27:41 pm »
WGS Business Plan
17 November 2014

We are a medium sized farm operating just out of Perth, Western Australia, we are operating a camel dairy, currently we produce over 325 litres per month, of which every drop is sold, with most shipped to the eastern states and some sent to New Zealand. We are one of just a handfull of businesses who have received Safe Food accreditation to sell pasteurised camel milk.

Camel milk or 'white gold' has amazing effects on wellbeing. which i will talk about below. It sounds like a fairy tale because the studies that have been done with every illness diabetes, autism, cancer, crohn’s disease, coeliac disease, all types of liver diseases.

Camel milk has been studied for nearly 30 years and its unique proteins and amino acids have a remarkable effect on health.

Sourcing camel milk in australia is currently in a frenzy and we are unable to meet hyped demands with our current fleet of camels and equipment. Which is we are offering a share program to raise capitol. We plan to offer dividends monthly payed in NXT to WGS asset holders.

The market is there, the market is wild, unfortunatly our fleet and equipment is only enough to produce roughly 325litres a month, with small grant we could lease/buy a larger fleet and/or equipment and maximise gains and profit.

we plan to offer a series of 3 expansions to our business, the first expansion taking only a week, and as funds widen, the final expansion to set in after around 9 months of operation.

Camel milk current market price is hovering around $20 per litre and rising, with the current 325L we produce, our income from sales alone is around $6,500 USD, minus labour hire, manufacturing expenses & taxes ~$1945, we have $4550 of pure income profit.

Tier expansion #1  we plan to extend our equipment and fleet by 300% netting us $13,665 monthly.(shareholders entitlement: $4,099.50)

Tier expansion #2  we plan to extend our equipment and fleet by 600% netting us $27,330 monthly.(shareholders entitlement: $8,199)

Teir expansion #3  we plan to extend our equipment and fleet by 900% netting us $40,995 monthly. (shareholders entitlement: $12,298.50)

further expansions will be decided and announced at a later date. but as it is the camel milk market is ripe and its basically a 'any amount you produce, will sell' style market.

*monthly profits and entitlements are subject to fluctuate - either up or down - but the above figures are my estimates & my current goals

the the first tier expansion, its a simple setup, which will take approximately 1 week in total before everything is up and running and earning the new profits, as we already have instrafacture in place for this expansion.

we plan to offer around a 30% stake in profits to asset holders as dividends, and provide full documentation of earnings, spendings & sales.

Why camel milk?

Australia has more wild camels than anywhere else on earth and, unlike those in the Middle East ours are disease free.

It has numerous health benefits, proven to help children with autism, those with diabetes and intestinal problems.

How many shares will be sold?
only 130,000 WGS will be issued

Why am i doing this? My beautiful daughter Anne has low-functioning Autism, we wish to spread awareness of Autism, My wife Lynne is in the process of setting up a autism awareness program - basically all my profits from this business is being tunneled into this - apart from a small margin to keep the business running.

So if you dont wish to take part in the shareholders program but wish to help out in some way, we would all be truly thankful for a small donation, it would go a long way.

i have set up donation accounts for both NXT & BTC.
