But Due to Difficulties growing for Hashing, the miners gets disappears because of the less profitable mining, also renting for the mining does not seem profitable and there are many coins turns fast into scams.
My Question is that How to Protect the Miners Interest to Stop Hashing for any Cryptocoins.

I need some assistance, hence I am new and I have no Idea to whom should I contact. So instead I am starting with you all first.
As you know there is a next promotion is been going on, so inorder for hashing I need some NXT to start the mining, the admin on the web page told just paste the NXT Account no, the NXT will be transfered to the account for hashing as a promotional offer. SO since I am new, so to whom I should post the details inorder to get NXT for minting. And also I have installed every functionality to start the mine only thing is required is just the NXT. So what is the minimum NXT is required for hashing? Reply me its urgent.
