One of my favourite youtubers has published a video in which the technical basics of bitcoin/crypto currencies are explained. I know, at the moment everyone only cares about making money, but what drove me to cryptos in the first place was the technology. That is why I want to share with you this insanely well made video:

Trading & Exchanges / Where to sell Nxt for Euro?
« on: March 22, 2015, 06:16:28 pm »
Are there no places to sell some Nxt for Eur immediately anymore?
I used Litebit to buy and sell but selling has been deactivated and Coinimal buys only BTC. Coinomat buys only 10 NXT, lol. Are there any alternatives where I can exchange some Nxt for euro? I don't want to use CCEDK anymore either. Disappointed that those services have been getting worse.

kind regards.

Transparent Forging / Forging doesn't work for me
« on: May 10, 2014, 12:09:05 pm »
I couldn't forge some blocks because of an error I don't understand (maybe bug). To find out I enabled the debug notfications.
Can someone explain why it says it will pop block but fails to generate the block then?

General / Why is the genesis account sending 0 NXT to random accounts?
« on: March 28, 2014, 04:52:56 pm »
This is the genesis account, right?
Why is it sending 0 NXT to random accounts all the time? Is this harmful for the network? I noticed it in the unconfirmed transactions tab and I'm quite sure that this is new.
Has anybody any idea what this is about?

Trading & Exchanges / Is there a NXT-$ or NXT-€ Exchange?
« on: March 28, 2014, 08:59:42 am »
Is there one? NXT-e.com seems a very promising exchange for me because it uses NXT as anchor currency but it lacks the option to deposit $ or € which is very important imho.
Do you know an exchange where one can deposit Fiat to buy Nxt?  I don't want to buy Bitcoin for € and then change it to another exchange to buy NXT. The fees are simply too much and it takes too much time.

Alternate Cryptocurrencies / Next NXT Fork: NAS
« on: March 27, 2014, 09:23:58 am »
Hi everybody. Does anybody know more about the NAS project ("The Litecoin of NXT") or who the people are working on this project? I'm not quite sure whether this is scam or not but I rather think it's not because it's the first NXT fork which has an actual client (even if it's pretty much the same of NXT) and it works. The income by the IPO was not more than 1000$ I think, so it's not worth doing so much work for that "little" money if that was a scam. But unfortunately there are no more details given by the developers. Here are some sources and it would be nice to hear what you think about it.
