whats laughable is the unsubstantiated complaint, care to provide any professional counter analysis subsequently followed by a valuation. I think it will be more productive to provide one..
the project will be done unless you don't believe smart contracts will be implemented. the dev believes so

I don't need to provide a professional analysis, that's your job. I only have to voice my opinion of your valuation, first on the forum, then on the Asset Exchange. I'm done with the first one.

Me neither, I'm more concerned about quality than speed.
I'm heavily invested into both Node and Crypti. My problem is that there is a significant difference in developer communication, and I'm not sure if this is only a language barrier issue, or there is a deeper, technical expertise difference as well. The Node whitepaper should be telling.

That could take them a long way. If it will actually pose a threat to Nxt is questionable though. I doubt it. CfB already stated that he might copy the PoI algorithm if it works well.

Time will tell how NEM will perform.

I'm also very interested how NEM PoI will work in practice. PoW has it's weaknesses as is PoS. And we basicly have no idea about PoI.

There is no whitepaper yet but Crypti also have made something new. From their OP:

So far I like the idea very much (as long as they can prevent sybil attack), but I'm interested to see what will be the consequence of this in the long run. Should be more nodes -> more secure network, but one can never know.

No, they still don't have a stable enough client. Also, I don't think the API is ready.

Me too. I think the bter guys are really rattled right now, and not thinking clearly. If every side calms down they will see this is the reasonable solution.

You know what, I changed my mind. I just sent 150k today to bter, but I vote no.
The greatest problem for NXT is it's reputation with initial distribution, a rollback would make too much damage.
What's done is done. The thief is willing to talk, negotiate.

Rollback would cause some problems.
For example I sent 100k+ to BTER today, it would be rolled back. However I already sold around 50k. What will happen? Bter could roll back my trade, (bad,bad idea), or freeze my account until I send the transaction again.
Lots of work, confusion and potential problems.

When this fails I'm in favor of a roll back, but this has to be a one time solution.

Also, how about we talk about that 0.5% withdraw fee Bter?
