Hi Guys,

I was contacted by Smoula regarding the BGCAFFE tokens. As we posted the last buy wall in Feb 2017 I did not see anymore activity on the forum. So what I am going to be doing is posting one last buy wall for those of you who want to cash out.

The shop did not do so well this last year, even though we have gotten turnover up it is still being subsidized. The Cafe was meant to bring healthy eating, good coffee and values to people and I still believe in that mission however given the economic times in South Africa and the fact of our location being in a corporate park which has seen some growth but not what we were promised we have not met targets.

Currently I am subsidizing the shop until such point as it starts to make a profit. Sometimes cafes do take more time than expected and I will continue to do what I can to keep it going. We have reduced staff costs and are revamping our menu in the next month to be more cost effective and target our market better.

Also we have had some success with markets and are getting well know for our baked goods.

So for anyone that still wants to remain on with us for the long run we thank you and just a note on that we will have to perform a KYC on the token holders as soon as we are in the position of making a profit, however it looks like at least another year or more.

For those of you who want out use this buy wall.

Please feel free to message me should you want more information.

Hi SamIbandii,

At the moment there will be no more assets listed than there already are. The new revamped store is picking up and the bakery is doing great so we are estimated to start Payouts for the assets again end of June and it will escalate from there as we pay back our investments.

So the current asset are a steal to buy at anything below 60NXT per an asset, remember BGCAFFE is the one of the few assets that has paid back most asset holders more than they invested. We are buying back any assets at 20NXT as a guarantee but hold onto your assets or buy more and you will be smiling in the long run.

In the long run we want to open more stores on the proven concept however we also are determined to make the asset holding backed by a company that has actual virtual share capability. Its a pity the industry is moving so slow on this but we will keep our ear to the ground as soon as there are viable options.

Thank you too all our asset holders who have hung on during this period of no payouts it will pay off.

Are there really no new investment opportunities in BGCAFFE?

Second buy has been made at 20NXT if that's finished will send more until everyone who wants to sell their assets can.

Ok Wallet is up, have put in a small buy at 20NXT an Asset, waiting for some BTC to come through at Poloniex and will then add a bigger buy support.

hi, where is that buywall ?
Good luck issuing a new asset with the reputation yo have now...

Sorry I know we have lets this lapse, however in light of all the urgent things going on to boost the new shop and get on track for payouts for June again its been hard to get back into getting the wallet up and running and the exchanges. I am today syncing our wallet, getting some BTC sent over. And will start buying back from any asset holders who no longer want to hold on until June.

Hopefully all done buy tonight or tomorrow the latest.

I will give a more full post tomorrow on the latest happenings and how things are progressing. We have learn t much over the last years and what could work with assets and what does not. We have decided not to launch the new Asset until we have done more homework on what platform to do it on and have the time to make it work. We will continue this year to send NXT to asset holders for the remainder of this year from the June target.

Thank you all for your patience.

Dear Asset holders,

After much discussion we have decided that in the new year we will start to put up buy walls to purchase back the BGCAFFE assets at a decided price. Which we will announce closer to the time.
Buy back will commence on the 9th of Junuary should the price be below the buy wall.

The new store will undergo renovations and improvements in February and is on its way to recovering the investments from last year. With the smaller store now closed we are focusing all our efforts on getting the formula 100% right. The original store was too small to make any considerable profit and when the building started to loose tenants it fell into a negative. So this was a lesson learn t.

With the new store we have a variety of income not only from the tenants in the office part. With business coming in from the bakery and new gift baskets and the fact that we have become more of a destination shop this has secured us. However with more and more tenants coming in at the new office park this is just a bonus. We project that dividend payments can start again around June 2017 and this is great news.

We appreciate everyone who has stuck with us and look forward to building back on our vision of opening many more shops during the coming years. We have learn t much over the last years and have been one of the more stable assets. More announcements will be made in the new year.

Continue having a wonderful festive season and an awesome new year!

Can you at least provide us with some roadmap? There were many other assets in cryptoworld, which did some "transformation" and no one hear about them anymore.

Thanks,

Noted and will do so.

2. We are busy liquidating the equipment and other assets of the old store so we can put up a buy wall for the current BGCAFFE asset or do a final payout for the old asset?

First of all: Thanks for your writeup, it was good to finally hear something!

I will suggest that once you have a realistic roadmap you send a message to all BGCAFFE holders (you know who they are and you have their addresses) with a link to the roadmap and future plans. As an asset holder it is too easy to miss a forum message from asset issuers, but if you send an arbitrary message via NXT there is no excuse for anyone to miss your message.

Apologies to all our asset holders we really have not had time to follow up on the asset. The other reason was that there were critical decisions that needed to be made before we announced anything.

So basically the original shop BGCaffe is going to be closed come end of November. This however is not necessarily a bad thing, this shop never really made a large profit and was our pilot shop that led up to the opening of Urban Bistro which is now growing and getting stronger. The reasons for closing BG were primarily that the building we are in drop 40% in tenancy, hence sales dropped and that even with full tenancy we cannot realize our goals with its locations being contained in a office building of its sice +- 400 persons. We need at least 1500+ people to run a fully fledged store otherwise it just becomes like a grab and go.

The way forward is to now do the following and we welcome feedback from our asset holders to help us make some decisions:

1. Fully transition to the new asset will probably call it UrbanBistro

2. We are busy liquidating the equipment and other assets of the old store so we can put up a buy wall for the current BGCAFFE asset or do a final payout for the old asset?

3. Decide whether to continue paying out in Nxt or shift to Etherium, I know this is going to be controversial for NXT holders but in reality we did not get a wide enough audience on NXT to support opening more stores. We love the community however I think for us to achieve a greater growth will need to expose on a larger platform.

4. Once Urban is generating profit which is estimated to be early next year payout will resume on the chosen asset and platform.

I will be checking into the forum more regularly now to keep you all updated and answer questions.

Thank you all for your support and patience.

Nxt Asset Exchange / June Payout
« on: July 06, 2016, 08:35:39 pm »
Payout for June, since the rise in the price of NXT the payout is only 0.1 NXT per an asset. We are also investing quite a bit into the stores now on advertising running specials this is picking the customer base and should provide better income in the months to come.

Nxt Asset Exchange / May Payout!
« on: June 01, 2016, 08:43:52 pm »
Hi All,

May payout at 0.32NXT per asset.

Things are picking up slowly as new tenants coming in but there are quite a few additional expenses that are bring the asset payout down. We should be picking up around August.

Nxt Asset Exchange / April 2016 Payout
« on: May 02, 2016, 08:22:05 pm »
Made payout today at 0.38 NXT per a share, there have been some loss of tenants in the office building and extra expenses, we are hoping that new tenants will be in within the next two months.

Bakery is doing well though and we should be ready to start trying to get deliveries going to other stores in the same city, this should help us boost profit up as well.

Will keep you posted as we have news.

Hi,

We pay to all assets in circulation, I did not record the exact amount at that time but you should be able to lookup it up on the block-chain.

We are also disappointed regarding the new Dividend feature and NXT is causing much extra admin, time permitting I will switch back to the old plugin that sends out the dividends per a transaction to avoid this, I know it costs a bit more in transaction fees but its far better that having all this confusion!

March payout made at 0.44NXT per Asset :)
I would be really glad to receive they number of assets you have paid dividends to in March and April. I need it to properly maintain the dividend spreadsheet  :)

She has experience baking breads, pastries and other types of sweets.

So far we have been selling out on most of the sweet products, the chocolate brownies and red velvet cup cakes are a hit.

Will see if we can get some new photos up, also watch our facebook page.

Might do a competition later in the year when things a little less hectic.

Looking forward to hearing some news. How is second store doing?

Hi bitme,

The store is picking up monthly, we have a new baker that is really making a difference. I will get them to send some photos of new items.

Its been a really busy start to the year so we have not had much time to post updates, things should settle down now in the next months so will do so.

Exciting times so I see. What's the specialty of the new baker?
Do you have time to organise a new contest this year?

Wish you good luck

Sorry for the late payout this month its just been so busy have not had time to fire up the wallet. I am syncing my wallet now as I write this post..

No dividend this month ?

Thanks will give it a go.

It seems that all the confusion is related to new dividend payment feature not showing up in the normal transaction log. You need to check your account ledger to see the transaction.

This is causing quite a bit of confusion for our users, is there a way it can be improved?

Hi,

Can someone please assist us the last two months we have been paying dividends using the pay dividend feature within the NXT 1.7.5 client. However people have not been receiving the dividend and the NXT is being subtracted from our account. What is going on?

Here is the March transaction: 551230313289286389
and Feb is: 11102242001579620635

Before this we were using the plugin from the Supernet client and all went well. Its really difficult to see what is going on with the new client as its just a single transaction and no detail of who received the payment.

I can confirm, I haven't seen my bgcaffe dividend for Feb or March yet. The last dividend I've received was on 2 Jan 2016.

You can use the dividend plugin from testdruif, it will show in the dashboard.

Thank you for this!

It should be built into the NXT client asap as I was almost ready to drop NXT for something else for the next months dividends.

In order to see who has been payed what, in those two div transactions, you can always check this file:

http://1drv.ms/1M9hr7d

It's created by a utility I've made myself, if you find any errors please let me know.
