Order's cannot be cancelled, so money cannot be withdrawn. 
I'm repeating again, Account id #6744, 2 sell orders, cancel them.

Problems with your exchange exists for months. Orders can't be cancelled for months.
Your periodic posts 'it will be done next week, it will be done next month', or just 'try another browser' are not working anymore.
Return my money, and money of other people.

I don't need your 'remedies'. I need my money. I'm not the only one who can't cancel his orders and to who you are not answering. It's not an exception. And this problem exist for months. Another 'next week' or `as soon as remedied' is not accepted.
