other than BTC and recently BTCD, the rest of the supported coins have very occasional activity so the gateways are not always online. I'll check that DASH gateway is started in the next round so the withdraw is delivered.

That's why I transfered it elsewhere ;-)

I withdrawn some superbtc yesterday. the transaction showed up in my wallet but it does not get any confirmations. If I look up the transaction on blockchain.info it says: "Transaction rejected by our node".

Is there someting wrong or do I just have to wait for the confirations to show up?

there has been several issues with some BTC withdrawals in the last day, and maybe a transaction fee increase is needed in the Bitcoin side. It is being worked out, but it takes long to fix because MGW restarts are needed, and they are getting slower and slower with the progressive increase of the BTC MGW database size.

The "transaction rejected..." message in blockchain.info has been happening since always with MGW because of the way MGW uses some of the multisignature outputs. The Bitcoin nodes in blockchain.info are picky and reject MGW transactions, but if they do not include them, some other node will, so it has never been a significant problem.

However, it is true that BTC MGW operations are getting slower and slower, and issues more frequent every time. While of course multisig funds are safe, the service as it is, with a server code that hasn't been updated in a very long time, will not hold much longer.

We'll keep an eye on the servers and get pending transactions to be delivered ASAP.

Your withdraw was re-broadcasted with a higher fee last night and confirmed. The growth of unconfirmed transactions pool in Bitcoin, plus a progressively slower MGW, make a tricky combination.

The mgwCOIN assets were swapped for superCOIN assets about two years ago, and almost all of the superCOIN assets have been already redeemed. Currently only the superBTCD gateway is running, and it will stay active until the end of this year, which is as long as the BTCD > KMD swap period will be open. The other gateways including BTC could not stay operational any longer without development support, so they went offline a while ago.

Over the last months, the few users who still held some superCOIN assets have used the SuperNET slack to request a manual redeem. If anyone still holds superBTC or any superCOIN assets, send me a personal message or report to the SuperNET slack before the end of 2017.

After this last bump, this support thread is now closed.

Edit: Unredeemed coins at January 1st 2018 (this is, coins still in the Multigateway wallets after the deadline) have been sent to SuperNET as donations for the service.
