15 hours ago I transfered 50 mgwBTCD. (mgwBTCD->BTCD)
Confimations: 538+
Up to now no BTCD are received  :(

Asset transfer tx: 1540537038924030986
Destination BTCD address: RWg6nyzWu7xsGQHzLar2WZvJfVkK62Roee

Status update:
BTCD not received yet.
Asset transfer was nearly 2 days ago.
believe it or not the BTCD is not caught up yet, I am out of RAM and everything is thrashing ever since I added LTC
I will have to disable LTC support to get back to where BTC and BTCD are able to keep up

How long does it take for a BTC withdrawal request to be processed?
I have a stucked BTC withdrawal 17503727086402854035
is is still stuck?
BTC servers are in sync
it seems you used an old GUI and I will have to do a manual transfer
what address to send to and how much and plz post token

20 BTC to this address:

1Fyjp7B1TCYgzM3hgC8jvdzfCX7YHnPuQ9

TY
have you updated to new GUI?
I see this and I am sorry to have to ask for a token, it is made by the settings link in upper right of GUI
just any token from your NXT acct as this is quite a large amount I do not want to send to false address

How do i update to the new GUI? I installed the latest mgw version from the official site.

I generated a token:

29n5jsjko05s6qh8ebfja10h92k9ul662r102f46vfv6l71ge6i8mm0gg9m5rj01h89hcq23r89jgfnummr2me091c3vpbcsi0b3d2j8a0v02c5e9cq4jvnid5fqjshokar6lf3lr9e1q0jukntjhm7mdi6hg3es

what do i do now?

The latest GUI is Nxt Services Plugin 1.4.5, current version for download in https://multigateway.org. If that's the one you're using, you're good to go.

For anyone to validate a token you generated, you need to include something in the text field in the Generate Token form. See this example. Then we can confirm that the 20 BTC withdrawal you did to 1Fyjp7B1TCYgzM3hgC8jvdzfCX7YHnPuQ9 corresponds to a Nxt account you control.

The token validates that acct NXT-GX4W-RXGW-7PG5-3AJ84 sent it, so assuming that matches the withdraw, I will be doing the manual sending. Except I dont have 20 BTC left!

this is a problem...

I will withdraw the mgwBTC assets I have, but still it wont be 20 BTC...
OK, I just bought 20 mgwBTC, let me withdraw it and then I will have the 20 BTC to send out
sorry for this inconvenience, as soon as all the old GUIs have been updated this wont be an issue anymore

not enough mgwBTC avaialable at decent price
I overpaid for what I got...
OK, plan B

I hate doing this for people will now say I am giving myself unbound mgwBTC. but it is temporary and due to this customer situation, so please forgive me. I will send myself 20 mgwBTC, withdraw it, then send the 20 BTC to the customer. I cannot guarantee the entire time period this will take as I am doing it in between things. I will post txids when completed

20 mgwBTC -> jl777 acct, txid 14762055418915304549
withdraw 20 BTC to my BTC, txid 16411558302092024324
sending 20 BTC to 1Fyjp7B1TCYgzM3hgC8jvdzfCX7YHnPuQ9 txid 3dadb7431ff5da58bce21411d53d1f4258b905dd0552e3637773f08b3ee12c2c

for NXT-GX4W-RXGW-7PG5-3AJ84 redeem 17503727086402854035

BTC appears to be caught up, so if you are missing any BTC tx, plz post. Otherwise I will assume they all caught up.
The BTCD is having an error with a withdraw. It might actually be a real bug, so I will be investigating this. Until I post status, there is no chance for any BTCD withdraw to work. The funds are there, just some multisig rawtx bytes issue. it is really a lot harder than it looks

in the AE page its a pain, but there is bid txid and ask txid, so if you find your txid for the bid/ask you can see it, but there is no single total for a larger order.

TX-ID: 15132951124459418799 -> 198 BTCD withdrawal to RQguC177Uu2mg8SzFVf3KaQH63fGUcWRGA

Transaction stuck since yesterday evening. Not important for me to get the coins fast as long as I get them someday.

James can you not block withdraws from the GUI (with message) if doesn't match the latest version? Done by looking up an alias from a account you control, obviously this would only work for future GUI upgrades.
