I sent bitcoin to my mgw BTC address. After 6 BTC confirmations I received an abitrary message but no NXT asset. I have been waiting now for over 500 nxt confirmations. What am I doing wrong?
NXT account: NXT-NY9T-5YRS-VJ6W-CA78L.

Thanks and cheers,

the asset transfer txid 4394142235990043725 looked fine, except it is not on the blockchain
so it looks like it timed out.
I will redo it, you should get the asset within an hour

The end of the month is rapidly approaching
I cannot be taking time out of my day to be managing the MGW servers and to also be realtime customer support

Starting now, the response time for MGW support will be that of dgex

Thank you for your understanding. It is just too stressful for me to have to be worried about everybody's missing deposits and withdraws. This stress causes me to get stressed and it is affecting my coding productivity.

Your funds will be safe, but until the production servers are running, I will only provide daily checks of MGW servers, stuck withdraws, etc. this means if an MGW server goes down, I wont even notice for a day, so all these posts that I did a deposit 7 blocks ago and its not there yet, well it will go to 100+ blocks possibly

There is only so much I can do and my skills are quite wasted fiddling with servers and manually processing withdraws, investigating server logs, etc. I dont mind to do this, but the stress this causes me (I cannot code for 4 hrs straight anymore (let alone 12!) because somebody's withdraw might be stuck or a deposit hasnt arrived after 7 blocks)

As it is I have to spend time to even figure out what tx is still missing, which ones fixed themselves. Why do I have to be the one to do this? Havent I done enough?

That's more than reasonable imo. You shouldn't be overworking yourself with this and should focus on MGW more than anything.

This will only get worse the more and more people use the MGWs.  What causes the MGWs to miss a payment?  I'm guessing they crash and upon reboot don't scan the blockchain to see if they have missed processing a withdrawal, correct?

Sounds to me like the software isn't running at 100% if it is constantly needing such dedicated maintenance? Is someone working on resolving these issues for good?

the withdraw problems are due to the 1.2.5 release breaking GUI, so all withdraws done by the older GUI require manual fiddling
restarting the MGW is the best way to get them all in sync, I am doing this now
they crash when the system runs out of memory. These are dev servers. I run new code on them. sometimes no space, MGW gets a fatal error due to lack of resources

the other problem is that my internet connect is so bad I cant login to one of the servers
thats the one that probably needs a kickstart...

Hello,

I made a withdraw of mgwBTC to a BTC address about 12 hours ago, but it didn't arrive yet. I can see the arbitrary message with the BTC destination address in my transactions list though.

The NXT arbitrary message transaction ID is 10485853773499553359 and the destination BTC address is 1Lg6SC7x7i75RyTBha3HXr2BjenXyqZhVB
