Hey, I tried to withdraw some mgwBTC to BTC and send it to Coinbase but my internet stopped working in the middle of the transaction and I got a transaction time out message. My mgwBTC was gone and it has been over 24 hours now and still nothing at Coinbase. I am thinking it wasn't able to broadcast the BTC before the internet went caput but still managed to take my mgwBTC. :(
did you use latest GUI?
what is redeemtxid?

I was using the latest GUI. This is the tx id: 2880650109429147449
I see it, for .03 BTC?
what address should I send to?

That is the one! Send it to: 1BfDdTN3ATEVhENw8HWLTPuyxYWdjki3nQ

I also made another transaction that has yet to go through. It has only been a few hours though. Tx id: 16719234533082413712

If you can streamline that to the same account as the other one, that would be great.

your other tx is also in limbo, i think you are not updating your GUI, so after this next xfer I wont do it anymore and will consider anything more you use with old GUI as donation

In the next release of the MGW, can you make it so that it tells you when it is outdated inside of the GUI? I just installed this a couple days ago so I thought it was the latest version. :/ Anyway, thank you for the help James!

Just curious how long it normally takes for the BTC deposits? I was able to withdraw BTC succesfully but have not been able to deposit.

Deposit Address: 3JG5gg5DSNNnPW3DLvwAUUcNfCc4XQkPpp
Tx: a0e84c79a728bef6cd59ecbec6508b3efa1b38fda5626c835e91da3d47b90f3c
Amount: 3.92332515 BTC

I'm trying to use the MGW to buy NXT to payout asset holders today.

Any help would be appreciated

3 confirmations until they system starts the process. then it takes about 60 minutes more until the asset is in your balance.

But as long as you got the AM you are good to go.

@GQM - The MGW accounts have plenty of available assets now, so the delay is not due to that reason. What is your Nxt account?

PS: Where can I see what MGW version I have installed?

We need to have that displayed visibly in the Multigateway UI page. At this moment, it's simple: if the coin forms you have available are BTC and BTCD, you are using 1.4.4. Otherwise, you need to update (I know you don't need to update - just talking figuratively for whoever wonders the same thing :) )

You did a withdraw today for 2.13 BTC which I understand has been received - https://nxtblocks.info/#section/txid/8357083131485745832

And you got this deposit confirmation AM - https://nxtblocks.info/#section/txid/13391475952572548176

but still haven't received the 3.92332515 mgwBTC. I think James will have to check this out.

I made a withdrawal about 0.2 BTC (transaction 6819909642450271047) 2.5 hours ago. I used NRS 1.2.5 and MGW 1.4.1 - how long will it take to be processed? Especially since I read the following post:

MGW is back up and caught up

Please wait a little bit more for latest mgw release, those who use old version of mgw will have hard time withdrawing to their wallet

My withdrawal isn't in your list. token from my nxt account ofsv8ggac4hue59qtejd2id6hh2na6h3cm20esr6r47coau7cktqa0u83nm02to156pflvosbbhg8v46fmhku9ij107fpo0ih1gdsu34o75gdg3dhso65k57s8eo24iguamab9qnvgp00dqfbeua0kg3h6o36fd4

Hope you can proceed the withdrawal.
I need BTC address to send to
19LdTXE7VGnDTCGjTifRz9xSRvpTyVpg8j

Sorry for the delay, I wasn't available this weekend. Thanks for the processing!

Precisely
The asset xfer was done via txid: 769970007453080037
Unfortunately, it seems to not have been confirmed by the network!
This is a very rare case and you were unlucky for this to happen.
I think the reason this happened is due to the sometimes very long time between NXT blocks, due to hardfork? or I notice where there are a lot of tx in a block (mass dividends), often a block is delayed.

anyway, your funds are safe and when MGW1 catches up, it will reprocess and send the assets again. So you should see it in half hour or so.

Again, sorry for the glitch, I should put in a queue of pending asset transfers and automatically resubmit when it doesnt get confirmed, but I fear doing a double transfer and the local node will have the tx and all the data structures are updated, so making an "undo" is quite tricky. Once the network calms down from hardfork, I think this will become super rare again.

Ok, I see that now.

Precisely
