Hi,

How long do withdrawals take?

Did one an hour ago (BTC), still not showing ! Should a latency be expected?

Everythin worked well apart from this.
One of the servers detected it was on a fork and took defensive measures and exited. I have restarted and I think it has processed the withdraw. If you have redeemtxid I can verify

Is there any solution for crashing other than manual intervention? Can it be setup to automatically restart?

its not exactly crashing, it is a controlled exit, but yes I already made an automatic restart loop, but the problem with that is that my internet is as bad as ever (dont believe reliability advertising from ISPs!!) so if I lose connection, the loop gets killed along with MGW task. If I disown it then it is really hard to catch it from restarting new ones.

Hi there!  I sent .1 BTC in this morning to deposit address 3MHyUmT3aaNwbg25z1Y8wbB3h9CWT1k1dy about four hours ago.  I have yet to receive the MGWbtc asset.  Is the service up right now?

I put them in an automatic restart loop, so hopefully this wont be an issue anymore

I think the multigateway doesn't like me!  :(

Second tx and got stuck again...

James, could you please have a look at it, my deposit address is 3BUYCPF7tk8W4TQodAEHdwTGjHNYNkU1eM. The tx has now 10 confirmations (man, bitcoin is so slow!).

Edit: The mgwBTC just came in, thank you!

I downloaded the one-click installer MGW Lite from the multigateway site. It installs NRS and itself into c:\nxt. I execute run.bat and NRS starts, I open the wallet on localhost:7876 but I never the the MGW menu there. What am I doing wrong?

Edit: Please try again. I found a possible problem in some Windows versions and I've re-uploaded the Windows installer with the corresponding fix.

Can't get the Lite client to work...

So I first copied over all the ui files into my ui folder and ran my client but nothing on the ui was different. I tried things forever and finally got down to deleting my entire UI folder yet when I run the client exe the app still functions perfectly fine. Where else could it be getting the ui content from...? I am on windows and have my client installed to the default location @ C:\Program Files (x86)\Nxt Wallet\Nxt Wallet.exe. Any ideas?

For people using the Nxt executable Wallet, in some of the install locations the Nxt Wallet\nxt\html\ui will be the source for GUI files (and so unzipping Lite MGW there will work) while in other install locations the source for GUI will be the C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Nxt Wallet\nxt\html\ui folder. So if unzipping inside of the installation path folder doesn't work, unzipping in this other path should work.

It looks like a user permissions question in Wesley's wallet. I asked him about it and I hope to find out soon, so we can change the setup guide for users of the exe wallet accurately.

Regarding the deposit delays reported today, this is most likely a server issue. Hopefully James can take a look.

I cant access one of the servers, I will put a ticket into the ISP. This only happened once before and they are usually pretty responsive

It should always be AppData directory. Maybe not if you use some ancient version of the wallet app. The only other time putting it in the program files directory works is if you have installed the 1 click client and haven't yet opened it for the first time.

I'm attempting to generate a deposit address but it is not generating. I accidental did it twice because I didn't realize I had to wait, making two transactions. They currently have 9 and 10 confirmations but I still do not see a deposit address.

AFAIK the program files folder will be used instead of AppData if you run the exe as an administrator.

There's a server down at the moment, you'll have to wait until James gets it back up and running.

Yep, I noticed something similar. In summary:

In the first run, Nxt Wallet.exe will create the \[username]\AppData\Local\Nxt Wallet folder and copy there the entire folder structure from the install location. The blockchain folder is also created under \AppData\Local\Nxt Wallet\nxt.

So if you unzip Lite MGW in the nxt\html\ui folder before running Nxt Wallet for the first time, the extension will be also copied to the AppData work path and the user will see it in the Wallet. But to install Lite MGW in Wesley's exe wallet once it's been already run, you have to unzip it in \Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Nxt Wallet\nxt\html\ui.
