Service Note: Due to failure of a disk drive in one of the BTC/DOGE/LTC servers, the gateways are now stopped while system checks are performed. We'll report as soon as the service is back up, but if the disk drive needs replacement the BTC/DOGE/LTC gateways might stay down until tomorrow. Stay tuned.

A defective hard drive has been replaced, all gateways operational again.

For the record, this swap was sorted out in PM.

Investigating in the servers. It looks like a small unspent is not found and the withdraw requires intervention to be cleared, I'll try to fix it in the next hour.

There was a small redeem stuck which has now been cleared, but it was not the one you are reporting.

withdrawed 0.14BTC to my bitcoin address, waited for a few hours and hasn't reached to my btc address until now. Transaction ID: 10215298707295972572 Info

Your withdraw at https://www.mynxt.info/transaction/10215298707295972572 was sent actually:

https://blockchain.info/tx/41392388cb0007f04b8cb882cd66f3ac1e43f454b4a6b64595c1e8989483d511

So the BTC are in your address. Which Bitcoin wallet are you using? During the last year we heard of few cases where some online BTC wallet would ignore the inputs sent from MGW, because of the unusual format of one of the MGW transaction outputs.

I have messed up the transactions when I wanted to send BTC to an exchange and can't receive the withdrawing from my wallet.
I realise now I didn't put the right fee and also wrote the receiving address in a message, but not in a correct way. Instead of writing down:  {"withdrawaddr":"18U2aMgjzBKKnjvZ7RAGXU2A8KXqLSs6xF"}, I just wrote the address only.

I made 3 Tx:
2429870350405824317
2466182614978912777
9749472689717961870

What should I do to fix the issue?

Hello sava,

they usually take 3-4 BTC confirmations, but the MGW server responsible for delivering that deposit needed a restart this morning. It is underway, your deposit will be there shortly.

I know, I've been monitoring it. There's a discrepancy in the servers with your multisig deposit address. Not worrying since we can always deliver your deposit manually, but I'm trying to set the record straight so you can keep using the deposit address generated for your Nxt account. Have you generated that address recently, or was it generated time ago?

Feel free to PM me to continue addressing the issue or post here. And sorry about the inconvenience, the server code still has occasional hazards.

The Blackcoin (mgwBC) servers were discontinued almost two years ago, and the last time I contacted the operators (over a year ago too) precisely to ask on behalf of a user who had a few mgwBC, they said they did not have access to the wallets anymore. So I'm afraid there's nothing I can do to recover the few Blackcoin that were left in them. We're talking about a few small amounts though - the few accounts that still have some mgwBC, like yours, hold amounts equivalent to less than $2 at current valuations, so at least it is not a significant loss.
