hello.

I have a  mgwBTC asset, I want exchange mgwBTC-->nxt.

I press "exchange" button in SuperNET/Coinomat, I get a Prompt “Please send BTC to this address:1N8LAyucigNyUVaXZ5C5MzGT2j6zvqeF4W”

I withdraw BTC to address 1N8LAyucigNyUVaXZ5C5MzGT2j6zvqeF4W in  SuperNET/Multigateway.

4 days, no nxt and no btc
In the future if you want to convert mgwBTC to NXT, just sell it on AE. will be converted to NXT in one block
I dont have visibility into the withdraw path but I will forward this to people that do

I want to know how I can get my coins?

I replied to your message. As james mentioned, in the future you can simply do

BTC deposit in MGW/SuperNET address > You get mgwBTC asssets > Once you have mgwBTC, you can exchange them immediately in the Asset Exchange for NXT. No need to withdraw them back to BTC and send them to Coinomat.

Now, what you did is:

BTC deposit in MGW/SuperNET address > got mgwBTC > withdraw back mgwBTC through MGW again > send the BTC to Coinomat address > Coinomat applies their exchange rates and sends you NXT

The mgwBTC withdraw was processed two days ago after a delay - https://blockchain.info/tx/4bc0632964867a4fa44991a20b5bd767a2543501787d2e16b6922bbe9bdef6de

So if your withdraw address was Coinomat, they received the BTC. If you haven't received the NXT, please contact them in support@coinomat.com or through the forums. We'll bring this to their attention.

Since the new SuperNET v1 beta client works with a new Multigateway cluster that supports BTCD, VRC, OPAL, BITS and VPN (at the moment), we're starting an asset swap service for anyone who wants to move their BTCD assets from (development) mgwBTCD to the (production) superBTCD market, where deposits to the new Multigateway are going.

InstantDEX should treat any different existing assets for the same coin as equivalent, so swapping is not mandatory - but eventually the superBTCD Asset Exchange pair will be much more active, so if anyone wants to swap:

- Send your mgwBTCD to the MGW Redeem Account, NXT-6YQW-HHCG-NATW-DCHJ3
- You will receive back in the sending account the same amount of superBTCD

We'll make sure that swap requests are processed daily.

Is there a delay on mgwBTC deposits? Cause I'm missing a BTC deposit ...

And will there be a superBTC also?

And will there be a superBTC also?

Yes. BTC will be migrated over to the improved MGW software and trading will move to superBTC, as I understand it.

Your assets have been sent. Transfers from development servers to production servers took a little longer than usual, but all asset swap requests received (for both BTC and BTCD) are completed now.

I sent .15915 mgwBTC yesterday (over 1000 confirmations ago) and I still don't see it on the BTC blockchain.
The transaction ID is 5795986089922278641.

Let me know if you need any more information.

Thanks,

z

Hi,

Yes, I'm looking into it. Some withdraws are about to be processed in the coming hours. One server is behind again. We adjusted the schedule to restart it and hopefully this will result in a shorter process time of withdraws.

Where to find all official asset IDs of supernet coins?

Nevermind. Just downloaded Supernet wallet & realized everything is there. Sent some BTCD  to  address shown and it worked.  Cool stuff.

Node 1 is still behind, but coming close. Hoping it will go through not too long from now

Hi,
I sent 0.64099 mgwBTC over 1200 confirmations ago, and I still don't see it in my polo account.
The transaction ID is 5059072719614476469.
Could someone look at it?
Thanks!
