Any problems with BTCD deposits?

So how long dose it take to swap the old mgwBTC assets for the new one? Is it instant or is there a risk that it takes several days?

I cannot find the outputs of the those transfers in the status page for Starbuck (cluster operating DOGE, BC and VIA), so the deposits arrived but they haven't been processed. Pointing here Starbuck operators so they can check and push the assets if necessary.

As James reported earlier on this topic, he stopped the BTCD gateway to release resources in development servers, so for a few days it's under maintenance as it's being moved to production servers along with BTC. Deposits to existing deposit addresses will still be received in the multisig wallet addresses in development servers, so in these cases probably James can just send you the assets manually.

So how long dose it take to swap the old mgwBTC assets for the new one? Is it instant or is there a risk that it takes several days?

Some have taken a couple minutes, others were swapped the day after - it really depends on how often I can operate the redeem account and run the script. I try to keep checking it regularly, but still delays of a few hours may happen depending on request UTC time because I haven't managed yet to sleep as fast as James...

The amount of the deposit seems to be "40000 assetoshis" = 0.00040000 BTC. This is lower than the minimum deposit/withdrawal amount (0.0005 BTC). When amounts lower than the minimum are deposited, they are carried on to the next deposit made to that address. Once the accumulated deposit reaches 0.0005 BTC, it will be credited and assets sent.

An update about the stuck DOGE/BC deposits - in short, they are on their way. Both deposits appear now in Starbuck status page and should be credited soon.

marcus03 found an error in the VIA blockchain scan that was holding back MGW. Temporarily disabling VIA in the cluster has allowed for DOGE and BC to move on, two servers have already caught up in DOGE and BC blockchain and we're only waiting now for the third operator to apply the change so the asset transfers happen.

James observed that this type of coin blockchain issues should be fixed by the new MGW version he's testing. This uses a database and allows for a much lower memory usage in development servers.

So from the Starbuck operators to patient users - apologies for the delay, and thanks for helping them find a bug.
