it's a couple of hours i made a withdrawal from MGW and bitcoins are not on the blockchain yet
account number: NXT-XHH6-RXZ4-6M59-9C4V7
withdrawal address:1486ZpcMtbpUP8w7ri99jeqPuqioPEfb1i
This is actually outside of production servers (PS) jurisdiction, PS are online and working.
I used new supernet client to deposit and withdraw. There was already a new asset (17554243582654188572) and a new multisig BTC address (3A3abmQBQSMTee9sQHjWiWe1kinXdhj2FV)
deposit was fine and i got my asset quite fast.
Then i wanted to withdraw to 1486ZpcMtbpUP8w7ri99jeqPuqioPEfb1i
Asset was redeemed, but no BTC still on the blockchain.
i don't get it, how's this not a PS jurisdiction. :/
Please read again... Users are depositing BTC in production servers just fine, but we're also swapping old assets for the new ones. As old assets are redeemed, BTC (corresponding to the old assets) is withdrawn from development servers and deposited to the production servers.
If development servers are delayed when processing withdrawals, production servers take much longer to receive the BTC being transferred.
And if those BTC are not received in PS, while withdraws are also requested in PS by users, the servers see a problem in balance between assets and actual BTC in the wallet and hold any withdraws.
As soon as development servers process all the queued withdraws, including the internal ones towards PS, then PS will receive their BTC and will start processing withdraws themselves normally.
But if development servers are stuck, there's nothing PS can do to start processing withdraws properly unless the BTC are finally transferred, and that is on the development server side. That's why I said the current problem is not in PS jurisdiction; there's nothing we can do but wait for dev servers to catch up, even if PS are working perfectly well otherwise.
