James,

I withdrew 0.53794378 BTC from your system about 45 hours ago, but it hasn't appeared in my wallet yet.

sorry
servers got overloaded, since I had to run two copies of MGW in parallel
to solve this I have been working on adding DB support to the BTCD MGW

the problem is one server restarted and just when that one caught up, another one restarted...

Once I get the DB version working (in testing now), this problem should go away

it's a couple of hours i made a withdrawal from MGW and bitcoins are not on the blockchain yet :(

account number: NXT-XHH6-RXZ4-6M59-9C4V7
withdrawal address:1486ZpcMtbpUP8w7ri99jeqPuqioPEfb1i

This is actually outside of production servers (PS) jurisdiction, PS are online and working.

I used new supernet client to deposit and withdraw. There was already a new asset (17554243582654188572) and a new multisig BTC address (3A3abmQBQSMTee9sQHjWiWe1kinXdhj2FV)
deposit was fine and i got my asset quite fast.

Then i wanted to withdraw to 1486ZpcMtbpUP8w7ri99jeqPuqioPEfb1i
Asset was redeemed, but no BTC still on the blockchain.

i don't get it, how's this not a PS jurisdiction. :/

Please read again... Users are depositing BTC in production servers just fine, but we're also swapping old assets for the new ones. As old assets are redeemed, BTC (corresponding to the old assets) is withdrawn from development servers and deposited to the production servers.

If development servers are delayed when processing withdrawals, production servers take much longer to receive the BTC being transferred.

And if those BTC are not received in PS, while withdraws are also requested in PS by users, the servers see a problem in balance between assets and actual BTC in the wallet and hold any withdraws.

As soon as development servers process all the queued withdraws, including the internal ones towards PS, then PS will receive their BTC and will start processing withdraws themselves normally.

But if development servers are stuck, there's nothing PS can do to start processing withdraws properly unless the BTC are finally transferred, and that is on the development server side. That's why I said the current problem is not in PS jurisdiction; there's nothing we can do but wait for dev servers to catch up, even if PS are working perfectly well otherwise.

I have some Blackcoin I want to store on the Multigateway - I tried requesting a Blackcoin address both through the old version 1.3.2 (13563328046340660339) and the new 1.3.3 ((3121780228594767883) still no deposit address.

Hi, Damon - I apologize for the inconvenience.  One of our BC nodes is experiencing some issues right now.

NXT is running out of memory and crashing
So I need to fiddle with the MGW dev servers to fix this
sorry for delay

The NXT core is crashing, not enough memory to even load the blockchain
so just as one server catches up, a different one runs out of memory
things are going slowly, but I am making some progress. DB version is almost working and it uses much less memory

no, they have like 48 GB of RAM!

unexpected the BTCD ended up on dev servers, so I have to run two instances of MGW and this pushed the memory footprint to where NXT crashes...

Had to add DB to MGW someday, so just ended up being this weekend. after this, there wont be memory issues

Is deposit out of order, too? I send some blackcoins and dogecoins to my mgw deposit addresses four hours ago without having received them yet.  :-\

In short, withdrawals are on hold until development servers catch up. I hope that will be soon.

BTC deposit works fine in production servers. BC and DOGE are handled by the second cluster (starbuck). Last friday they got two servers down, and they were warned about the issue. One server is back up, the other is still unreachable. Again, I hope the operator will fix the issue soon.

I apologize, it is frustrating after all the work done to get production servers running BTC that, precisely in the first 2-3 days after production servers go on line, the service suffers from different issues in the other servers. Rest assured these issues will end soon.

I finally got the NXT stabilized (it used to keep getting out if sync and forcing MGW to restart), but the bitcoind seems to be behaving strangely

I have disabled the BTCD MGW totally and stopped all my SuperNET testing. restarted all three servers and so I sure hope it will catch up and complete.

At least i have a new MGW that uses much less memory, so hopefully all will be well soon

Waiting for a BTC withdrawal for five days. I've used the withdrawal option thanks to the NxtServices plugin. What have I done wrong? Transaction ID: 2080528002592549149. Attached message:

You didn't do anything wrong.  The new productions servers are having issues so no withdrawals or deposits are being processed.  James has said the servers are in the process of catching up with each other but there is no ETA on when withdrawals will be rolling out.  Just sit back and hope BTC doesn't fall too much!
