Its 34 hours now (tx ID 3445285522373723502 ) and its still not there. This can't be "normel" slow processing time, maybe MGW froze and needs to be restarted or something?

Please wait atleast 24-48 hours before starting a support request. The MGW runs on developement servers at this moment, it isn't on production servers.

Your old deposit address is still in the wallet of development servers, and development servers will still be maintained for a while, so your deposit should arrive and be processed. Response times, though, are another question.

Users have reported today that this first SuperNET release doesn't like nxt_db if it comes from Nxt Client v1.3.3, released yesterday few hours before SuperNET. I tried it yesterday with the database from Nxt Client v1.3.2 and it worked fine, so I introduced this tip in the first (rushed) update in http://multigateway.org. I will edit it to warn about this exception.

If you were trying to re-use nxt_db from Nxt Client 1.3.2 or earlier, it should work fine.

SuperNET v1.3.3.1 has been released

This is distilled from Nxt 1.3.3 core and solves the compatibility problems between SuperNET and the Nxt 1.3.3 database (nxt_db folder) reported yesterday by some users.

When you send to the new asset ID does it generate a new deposit address?

The new BTC deposit address for production servers has to be generated by user request from the SuperNET Multigateway section.

Was there actually a need to change the assets though? That's going to cause a huge amount of confusion for quite some time. Was it not possible to provide the BTC/NXT Keys from the beta servers to the production server operators?

I mean, the toothpaste is out of the tube at this point, but it's just a head shaker.

This is actually outside of production servers (PS) jurisdiction, PS are online and working.

The issue with delayed withdrawals during migration can happen because the process is as follows:

1. User requests a swap of old assets for PS mgwBTC
2. The share swap script sends the PS mgwBTC assets to the user
3. I push a transfer of the corresponding amount of BTC from development servers to PS to keep things under tally.

If these transfers are delayed because dev servers are on hold, withdraws through PS will also be delayed because PS are waiting for the funds to arrive in order to verify and process withdrawals.

So I hope that dev servers will catch up with the transfers soon and then PS can keep doing their job.

The need for a new mgwBTC for PS was required by James and anon136 for several technical reasons I cannot elaborate much about. I was aware that this would make things more complicated during the migration process and involve more maintenance and following, but there did not seem to be an alternative, so we devised the simplest way for the users to follow the migration.

I'm following asset swaps as closely as possible, and PS are working. Hopefully the BTC transit will start to work faster so the internal side of migration will stop causing significant delays to users.

If you mean to deposit BTC, I see no reason to have problems. You're sending to a BTC address, the only unusual aspect is that it is a multisig address so it starts with a 3-, but unless the sending scripts got confused with this, it should work like the usual withdraw to your wallet address.

When testing, I deposited BTC directly from Poloniex without problems.

I used new supernet client to deposit and withdraw. There was already a new asset (17554243582654188572) and a new multisig BTC address (3A3abmQBQSMTee9sQHjWiWe1kinXdhj2FV)
deposit was fine and i got my asset quite fast.

Then i wanted to withdraw to 1486ZpcMtbpUP8w7ri99jeqPuqioPEfb1i
Asset was redeemed, but no BTC still on the blockchain.

i don't get it, how's this not a PS jurisdiction. :/
