I saw this transaction early this morning, and it appeared to be rejected as "dust" (i.e. too small amount) by the MGW servers, in spite of being above the configured threshold in the client. Minimum accepted by client is set at 0.001 BTC, and your transaction is 0.003, so as far as I understand it should not have been rejected. The servers were restarted for this reason, but apparently it hasn't been processed. I'll look into it again soon.

This withdraw is sorted out, but we still need to troubleshoot why it got rejected. As a measure to prevent similar cases, SuperNET Lite 2.0.10 will have set the minimum BTC withdraw amount a little higher than the current value.

Hello Tecem,

don't worry, the deposit has been received and it will be fully delivered in a bit. It simply happened that the server in charge for sending deposit assets to your account needed a restart since the last time I checked this afternoon. It should be sent now in a few minutes.

Hi PPan,

a couple hours ago we detected a problem with one withdrawal request, which is now on top of the stack and being worked out. There's a couple deposits pending (Including yours) that are right behind in line and will be processed as soon as that withdraw is cleared. I'm trying to get it done tonight, so it should not take long. Sorry about the delay.

Hi jeff,

the servers seem to have issues some times with BTC transactions carrying a low amount, closer to the minimum (see a few posts above) because bitcoind rejects them as "dust". We're trying to reprocess it, and if it does not go through we'll deliver the redeemed amount manually.

To be in the safe side, I recommend not withdrawing amounts smaller than 0.01 BTC, which will be the minimum amount enforced in the next SuperNET Lite version.

Edit: Sent.

Hi toenu,

I'm reaching out to the operators in the old legacy triplet that handled BC. There were few funds in there, but hopefully they can send me their wallet data so I can recover them to do manual BC redeems. In any case we'll work something out, I'll contact you shortly as soon as I have news from them.
