Crap .. I totally missed the ann and requested mgwbtc withdrawal few days ago but didn't receive. Will that be processed still? Or I have to ask for manual?

btw nice to see superbtc finally!

It will probably be processed. Actually, one of the old mgwBTC servers got stuck little before the other two caught up and processed the pending withdraws, so the scheduled down time is delayed for the ~12 hours that takes restarting old code. Then hopefully all pending operations will be processed. If we don't get the old servers to sync up tomorrow, Submitted withdraws/redeem requests/deposits will be manually delivered in a first come first serve basis, also known as blockheight order.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND MORE DEPOSITS TO YOUR OLD mgwBTC DEPOSIT ADDRESSES, NOR REQUEST MORE WITHDRAWALS USING SuperNET PLUGIN OR OLD SuperNET CLIENT.

It can delay things and it is more work to do. Thanks.

Sorry about the delay. It is still queued for exit, most of the previously requested mgwBTC operations have been already processed. Only your withdraw and another one (quite large) are pending, and a couple late deposits. One way or another (either BTC in destination address, or superBTC in the sending account) I guarantee they will be delivered in the next 24 hours. Thanks for your patience.

anybody knows if there is some delay on btcd deposit? I have done a deposit 6 hours ago, with more than 200 confirmation but i don't see anything in my wallet. just to know if it's normal or i must worry...

All pending mgwBTC operations have finally been processed including the last batch withdraw, so legacy MGW can be mercifully put down.

Any holders of mgwBTC can swap them for superBTC by sending them to the redeem account found few posts above. Swaps are done manually but the redeem account will be checked daily.

Two possible options here... one, James is working with the BTCD servers today. Which may cause delays. And two, it is an old address. Was your BTCD deposit address new, generated with SN Lite 2.0.6? I'm asking because we had a couple cases of addresses carried from 2.0.5 and held in local browser storage. Can you share the BTCD transaction ID?

In either case you must not worry, if you sent BTCD to a MGW deposit address you'll receive your assets.

I checked the bPWMmT3oDWqQJy22UiFqEerbwDgvHBmJdv deposit address and, as guessed, it does belong to the old wallets. So the deposit went there. But don't worry, we'll recover it.

The next 2.0.7 release should clear local browser storage in the first run (or whatever Tosch110 deems appropriate) so this issue with some users of previous versions won't continue, but to fix the issue in your side now:

- Temporarily, just to see your deposit address in new servers (where 2.0.6 Lite client looks), you could run SN Lite in a private browser window. But this won't clear it from browser storage.
- To clear the old address from your browser completely, you can use the suggestion shared by Pilot here.

And then as you prefer, you can send me your new deposit address and I'll send the BTCD to it (so new servers will process it and send you the superBTCD) or I can send you superBTCD right away to your address (I assume it is NXT-SEH4-RHJF-M6SZ-D2C3K) and you can purge your browser later.

I prefer the second option and i'll purge my browser later (without any hurry :-)). The NXT address is right.
If i understand correctly i can make new deposits only after i have cleared the old address. Because i think i'll use deposit again in a regular way.

Thanks, i have done: very clear explanation. Also to clear the cache was simple: after having understood i had to work on chrome and not in the SN lite directory and finding an improbable "DevTools console"

No problem Pilot, i learned something new! Now the post is really clear. BTW after searching in the SN Lite directory i realized you were talking about the browser so i found the right way almost immediatly inside chrome.
And... i think Mgw is a great project

Indeed. Hosting needed to move due to contract expiration and new nameservers were defined, but something is wrong. I contacted them, hopefully this should be fixed soon.

You can get the SuperNET Lite 2.0.6 beta client, unzip, run, import the passphrase for the account where you want to deposit (it is only stored in encrytpted form) and login to obtain your superBTC multisig deposit address for that account.

Some times a deposit address might not be displayed in the first dashboard login, if so just login again or wait for a bit until the client resends the request to the servers. The code in both client and server is getting improved for 2.0.7 release, and it should work progressively smoother. Devs have squished a few bugs in the last couple months, and there's every time less corners where they can be hiding.

Don't worry. We'll process it manually and send the requested amount of BTC to the withdrawal destination address. Tomorrow at most you'll have it.
