Hi,
Sorry to be a pain. I sent Ardor from Coinspot to my Ardor-xxx-xxxx etc account which has the same numbers as my nxt account. How do I retrieve these as I have only just found out I should have sent to NXT-key account. Pleeeaasse help as it was over 5500 Ardor. I have tried and tried but I cannot get the download up and running on my Mac.

Hello,

if you sent ARDR to an address you use in Ardor testnet, just use the same passphrase in the official Nxt Client. It should unlock the same address in Nxt main net, where your ARDR were sent according to what you say.

You could test this in the Jelurida public wallet, but using your own client is recommended
