Hello
I am new to crypto and I am asking for help.
I have a problem with transferring nxt from nxt wallet to poloniex.
On December 30, I transferred from poloniex to a nxt wallet 21 nxt because IGNIS airdrop.
I should have done this before December 28 and I was late. It's hard, I have to live with it.
Now I would like to transfer 20 nxt back to poloniex.
And here comes the problem.
When I try to do it through my wallet I get the message "Not enough founds"!
In that case, what is the minimum nxt value I can transfer?

I also tried to replace nxt on btc on the changelly.com portal.
There, in turn, I receive the message "Amount is too small." Minimum allowed is 92.92169974 NXT. Please send a higher amount, otherwise you may lose your funds. "

What options do I have now to transfer these 20 nxt back to poloniex?

You need to deduct 1 NXT transaction fee from the value of your account balance, then you would be able to send the rest ::)
-
ok, it worked!
You must deduct 1 from the total amount transferred
Why is not this done automatically?
Half a day I tried to figure it out!

Have you got your NXT credited to your Poloniex account? How long did it take to get all the confirmations needed?

Hi
I am in similar situation.
Bought NXT at Dec 7th in poloniex.
Moved NXT from poloniex account to Personal NXT Wallet on 12/28/2017. The block number is 1637171.
It seems i made a mistake. I transferred after the snapshot is made with block 1636363.
What happens to these NXT balances that are in my personal nxt wallet and moved after snapshot 1636363?
What options do I have?
1. Should I move back to poloniex?
2. If I install Ardor Wallet I do not see the balances. Will there be any support for this scenario?
I guess it should have been done before Dec 28th.
Please help.

If at 1636363, Nxt were on an account then this account now has the corresponding Ignis in Ardor wallet. Honesty would be that poloniex credit your poloniex Ignis account once they support it.

Thanks. At 1636363, the tokens were in Poloniex.
After 1636363, I moved them to personal NXT Desktop Wallet. What happens in this case?
Thanks

Poloniex Ardor account has YOUR Ignis.
-
Poioniex does not support the airdrop, it will not credit IGNIS no matter was NXT left in Poloniex account or moved to any other wallet before the snapshot.
-
I never did any business with Poloniex, so they run some NXT account(s) that hold their customers' NXT (so far normal) for which they received 0.5 IGNIS per NXT in the ARDOR child chain which they don't and won't support crediting those to their customers but could cash in in future if they wanted? One more reason to never leave any coins at exchanges...

You guys do not know what Poloniex will do. :-X
