Help Please - Sent NXT to Shapeshift and nothing

So I sent NXT out in a shapeshift trade (NXT-****-****-****-****)
It got sent from my wallet and confirmed in that wallet.

Their interface shows it is still waiting for funds now two days.
Seems locked - That acct has had no transactions except for my incoming to it.

Is there a way to reverse it? Shapeshift has not gotten back to me and it appears that those NXT are just stuck there.

Ideas?

Hi Cat,

Yes I am in the Exact same Boat. My funds have been stuck for over a week and the support team and have also got nothing from the response team. were you converting to XRP by any chance? I am not sure if there is anything we can do about it.

There is no way to reverse but there are all proofs that you sent and when.
They have to answer you and give you the proof that they sent (or not) the other coin the address you provided.

People are having trouble with exchanges support these days...
Everyone better test/verify with small amounts as if there was no support..

Shapeshit has been a reputable establishment, I think they will do their best, make sure they do not forget you.

Yeah ... I usually use "Baby Steps" in all coin matters.

Failed on it this time. Was planning on selling off half my NXT on the run up (Buy on rumor sell on news.)

60% Got stuck on a 30% gain
40% I sold at a 120% gain - I got lucky and didn't get hurt.

So hopefully shapeshift will get to my trouble ticket before Dec 28th and return the coins ... so I can get the airdrop.

I have had 6 tickets with Shapeshift in the past (When market demand was slower) and they handled them very well.

I figure it is just a matter of time. I saved the bookmark of the stuck transaction.

I Hope everyone got their NXT back before the airdrop, I was successful in getting Shapeshift to return my NXT before the 28th. I am guessing it wouldnt be pretty trying to get the missing Ignis from shapeshift if not.
