Release 1.2.5d

Change log:

I am uploading the fork release again so that those who want to form a fork are
not prevented from doing it.

Bugfixes. Prevent pulling blockchain from nodes not running this release, in order
to allow forging of a fork.

The changelog from 1.2.5b is repeated below:

This release disables all outgoing transactions from the BTER account:
10715382765594435905 after block height 209885.

If you use this release, existing blocks after that height will be deleted,
but the transactions in them preserved and reprocessed, except those originating
from the BTER account, and those with deadline already expired.

A rescan with validation will be performed automatically at start, it will take
longer and perform another rescan at the end.

This is an optional release. Forgers have a choice whether to use it, or stay
with the old 1.2.5 release, the community needs to decide whether to do the
rollback or stay with the old fork.

Run this to tell the thief to go fork himself.

Rather than a rollback, why not release a version that disables all outgoing transactions from hackers account, then let people decide if they want to run it.  If that's possible.

What about DGS? I think it is better if we delay it a little bit.

This Bter storm has to lay down a bit. Or the DGS won't get any attention and that would be a shame.

Can JLP activate the DGS later?

This version rolls back the blockchain, negating several transactions including those in MGW.  My suggestions is releasing a new client that blocks all outgoing transactions from Hackers account at a future block.

你好耶~ 请问一下可不可以把黑客的IP放到网络上?他隐藏了自己的IP吗? 我们都想知道更多啊。
。。。 要是什么都不知道怎么帮BTER呢?

NXT derives its value from its history as a currency. That history must stay intact. A major theft seen in that history proves it's something worth stealing.
If you rewrite history when there is no technical problem with the coin, you lose integrity, credibility, confidence, fungibility, in short, all the things that give currency its utility. You are playing with fire. Please do not download this software. Cryptocurrencies were never designed to be in the business of bailing out exchanges.

Bear in mind that there are likely conflicts of interest that you may be serving. If you had coins on BTER, I understand the desire to get your money back. But you will have cheated the system in doing so this way. If you did not have coins on BTER, I'm fairly confident you will be serving the devs, as they are feeding you software that will get their coins back.

You made the greatest point this is like bailing out a bank.
