The desktop client on Windows crashes whenever an image file is uploaded while creating a new listing. I have tried it with both .jpg and .png and the same issue happens. Also tested on images larger than the max file size and smaller than the max file size and the same issue was encountered.

This problem is common to the NXT and Ardor desktop wallet.
Problem is that the Java FX webview does not support the FileReader JavaScript interface. This actually affects few other places in the code not just image upload.
Perhaps Java 9 will solve this, for now we'll need to disable all affected functionality or find a workaround.

For now use the web wallet when listing marketplace items with an image.

Could be GUI bug:

During blockchain download, in light client mode, I tried to register an alias. Made a registering tx, but there was no notification in client, that such transaction was made. Tried to repeat it, but, again, there was no notification about such transaction. Later I sucessfully registered an alias from another fully synced node/account and sent request to buy it for the first account. Unsynced node saw this request and bought this alias. After this, node was fully synced and these unsuccessful tx appeared in dashboard and were confirmed, just with earlier timestamp. Of course, tx fees were deducted for these "unsuccessful" transactions.

Hashes of transactions of "unsuccessful" registrations:

In the next update you'll be able to list a product with image from the desktop wallet, the only limitation would be that you won't see the image on the modal itself.

Submitting transactions from an account under account control currently does not work in the wallet due to a UI bug.
This will be fixed in 2.0.4e

I can't find the alias buy transaction in the blockchain now, I get an unknown transaction for that hash above. But regardless, for the alias registration transactions it is normal that they all got accepted because we use the same transaction type for registering a new alias and for changing the value of an existing alias. As long as the alias is owned by your account trying to register it again will just be accepted as if you tried to modify it.

I understand why don't allow voting at Ardor chain, but voting is a great innovation,it's a pity not allowing Ardor holder to voting anymore.I was thinking is possible to add a Ardor balance option for any childchain voting?

There are assumptions in several places that when voting by coin balance, it means the balance on the current child chain. We will look into adding voting by a different coin balance (including Ardor) later, right now we are swamped with higher priority work that needs to be done before the launch.

Just a little curious over here.

Are there plans to update/revamp the GUI in the future?

I know it's not a high priority at the moment but I do feel the GUI is rather basic and plain for a project of this level.

Yeah probably will.
First priorities getting the tech finished.

What would you like to see different?
If you are a designer and want to help you can also let this be known :)

How will the archive nodes storing data for child chains get implemented?  If someone has an implementation idea where should they go with it?

Seems like the "Sell to Anyone" option doesn't auto fill the recipient. On the Nxt client it goes to NXT-MRCC-2YLS-8M54-3CMAJ. Also, perhaps this should just be hidden instead when the user selects "Sell to Anyone"? Casual users might get confused thinking that it is being sold to another account.

Re: Ardor v2.0.3e

I'm very new to NXT/ARDR but I hope this helps.

I believe there is an error in how the Fee Paid is calculated in the Bundlers screen.

My bundler settings were:
Fee Limit: 1
Minimum rate: 0
Overpay 0.33

I made 4 transactions. The first thing I noticed is that I was paying 0.133 ARDR per transaction which I break up into:
0.1 ARDR for the transaction
0.033 ARDR for the overpay (this is strange to me since I set it at 0.33 ARDR. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature)

The second thing and what is shown in the image above is that the Fee Paid field shows the equivalent of 7 transactions and not 4. All other information I could gather (from account transactions and from the blocks generated) show the correct 4 transactions.

I've also had situations in which the Fee Paid was being consumed but I did not see the correspondent transactions in my ARDR balance.

As a suggestion, I believe it would be helpful to click on "Fee Paid" and have access to the transactions that generated those fees.

Re: Ardor v2.0.3e

The "Fee Paid" is calculated as the total of fees from all child chain block transactions this bundler has bundled, even though not all of them have been accepted into the blockchain. This is in order to make sure that the total fee limit set for the bundler is not exceeded, because you don't know what happened to the other bundled transactions, they could be on another fork that will later become the main one, or still stay unconfirmed, etc.

The reason the bundler creates more transactions that actually get into the blockchain at the end is that the bundler creates a new child chain block transaction every time it sees a new child chain transaction. This new bundle gets accepted because it contains more transactions (and higher total fee, so the forgers prefer it), the previous bundle then expires without being accepted, because it contains only a subset of the new bundle.

It would be too complicated, and likely not possible at all, to try to keep track of what happened to each bundle that the bundler created but that did not make it into the blockchain.

Re: Ardor v2.0.3e

I didn't see these stated anywhere:

On a new account, when you go to the Coin Exchange it says to 'Add Coin' in the top right corner, but there is no button there:

Also, on transaction details it says 'Amount NQT' and 'Fee NQT':

NQT is not the correct term on Ardor I believe.  Also, it says the correct term on the right anyways, so I think 'Amount' and 'Fee' are all that's needed there.

If these issues were already brought up, sorry I missed them.  They are small, but wanted to make sure they were known.
Great work btw!!

Is Bundling Rate format correct?
May 26, 2017, 12:32:36 am

Right now Bundling Rate for BTC chain is 0.0000022BTC/ARDR,but when it comes to coin exchange, rate is 0.0001ARDR/BTC

So is Bundling Rate format correct? Should it be ARDR/BTC too?
