My Ignis Balance is empty in my wallet

Hi,

I transferred my Ignis from my exchange to my Ignis/Ardor wallet yesterday, but until now, I can't see my ignis in there. Can someone help me?

I transferred my nxt from my exchange to my nxt wallet and it shows up on my nxt wallet not long after that. Is there a bug in Ardor wallet?

There are no such bugs. Based on my crystal ball prediction, you should ask your exchange for the "transaction id" that sent you the funds. Without knowing anything else about your exchange or the address of your wallet, I do not think anyone else can give you information (except maybe wizards).

Thank you for your response. I just got a confirmation from my exchange that transferred was successful.

It was sent from: ARDOR-9NNC-FSSB-44UM-C4XPN (my wallet address on the exchange) to ARDOR-D4S6-Y2BQ-G88C-DVXJE (my Ignis wallet public address.

Here is also the details from my exchange:
Time: 21-Feb-18 17:33
Transaction Type: Withdraw
Amount sent: 902 Ignis
To: ARDOR-D4S6-Y2BQ-G88C-DVXJE
Status: Success

Sorry, but actually there are no transactions for Ignis on your destination address.
You have to ask them for the "transaction Id" like this one:
2:79a387e65059c2476a4addc633c163c971a0172f86178178337392bdefa9ff68

as a proof of successful withdraw, then you can verify yourself if it has been "bundled" correctly.
But if this is the case it will also show correctly when you login with your account ID in your wallet and you switch to the Ignis chain.
Perhaps your exchange is waiting for a second confimation of your withdraw like a 2 phased auth or mail check?

Try opening a support ticket with the exchange.

Sorry, but this transaction id in not present in the Ignis child chain nor in the Ardor chain, it cannot have been successed at their end.

They should be able to check by themself if a transaction has been bundled correctly, and if not they also should automatically refund or retry the transaction. They should wait that the transaction has been confirmed before stating success on their end.
Can you indicate what is your exchange?
