What the hacker fails to realise is hes not only stole from 1 person, hes stole from lots of people, if bter closes that group of people get bigger alot bigger, and alot are chinese, good luck to him, id be suprised if he is still alive in a month

Rollback or not. This is terrible news for Nxt if the hacker keeps the Nxt. The best outcome was the deal.

I agree. hacker seen people saying "no rollback" so he then felt no worries in keeping the NXT, went along with the negotiation he originally stated to get some extra BTC along with it.

To use the whole NXT credibility as leverage is playing all in.

Don't get me wrong its a awful loss but bter should eat this as its their fault alone. If this does get rolled back how will it look to others. If i start an exchange and i lose customers funds due to my lax in security can i request a roll back ?
