I created a post on the Introduce Yourself section
, but given the change of my role, we decided to make an additional public disclosure that I'm now, very happily, a member of the Nxt Foundation. My role in the Foundation has not been firmly established yet and I will be discussing this further together with the other members, but I'll still continue contributing towards the various Marketing efforts.
It's been a great ride coming back to this community after a 2-year leave and I really regret leaving in the first place over two years ago. For those of you who were active on the IRC channel in 2013, I used to be quite active there since I joined the community in early December that year and became an OP shortly thereafter. I actually found out about Nxt due to someone (don't remember who) telling me about it on IRC. I don't really remember why I left in the first place, but I look forward to continuing to make up for lost time.
I am a self-identified stateless nomad currently involved with a lot of projects inside and outside of crypto around the world while residing in the northernmost "real" town in the world, Longyearbyen. For non-crypto projects, I will try to incorporate as much of Nxt and Ardor as I can. If you're interested in taking a look at some of the projects I'm involved in as well as my past ones, please refer to my LinkedIn profile
. Additionally, if you feel that you have a project that I can be of help, please feel free to reach out to me.
It should also be disclosed that I do not have a set agreement regarding payment from the developers or the Foundation for the work I do, which I don't mind at all. However, it should also be disclosed that some of my work has been compensated in the past and the Foundation has helped me find other compensated projects to work on. I have also received tips from some community members for the work that I have done, which is greatly appreciated. Should any of this change in the future, I will make an announcement on this thread.
If you have any questions or comments (both positive and negative) about this, feel free to let me know. I'm almost always on Slack, so if you'd like to contact me directly, it would be better to reach out to me there.
