The Dutch auction final price was 85 or something.

It seems Wallet history shows the Price Bid not what was actually paid.
ok then it might be x5 but with drop in nxt / btc that's about break even atm.

@T your not developing anything for Free you got Paid remember?

AGAIN none of our responsibility. We don't control NXT to BTC, we're not even remotely responsible for it. FACT is you could've gotten 5x more NXT than you put in to auction. Simple as that. Facts plain and simple.

No. Like I have said several times: ALL FUNDS raised for Jinn, goes to Jinn development, anything else would be wrong. Neither me, CfB or Mtchl that has had anything to do with IOTA has ever taken a single Nxt from those. But we never sold our souls, we are still free to do exactly what we want as long as we meet our obligations re: Jinn, which we do. So no, IOTA has been developed 'for free'

Guys, stop whining so much and buy more JINN and IOTA.

They're gonna make us rich.

Also if you are Jinn assets holders, to help jinn to be successful, you better offer more constructive conversations because the Jinn assets holders as defined in the beginning do not have the right to vote. if you don't speak constructively Triangle can just ignore you.

At this moment, Jinn faces two main potential threats to its sustainable development. One is technology. Another is finance. whatever can strengthen Jinn in these two fronts will be good for Jinn and you as the asset holders. Personally I hope Iota will make Jinn's team financial more solid and stable and have the resources to survive in the long development.

Unrelated to this heated debate, but is there an ANN here on the Nxt forum for IOTA, or is the official post the one strictly at bitcointalk.

I've already joined the discussion over there.  Can't wait for the release!

Asset holders, as always, are always only good while money last. Now we are distraction to them. Nothing new. That's is even worse in crypto space. Scammers paradise!

Are you being sarcastic or trolling? I have responded to all concerns here and we have, out of our own good-will, chosen to give you another option and you have the audacity to call us scammers? Pathetic.

Asset holder != asset holder.
Some of "asset holders" clearly have no idea what a startup is and what their investor responsibilities are.

I have a question on IOTA. Will you make its crowdsale on the NXT asset exchange?

Only the JINN shares portion of it. The Bitcoin will be on the bitcoin blockchain.

Can you reveal the exact method to acquire IOTA for Bitcoin at present time? Will you use a centralized crowdfunding platform or some kind of decentralized machanism? What about accepting NXT for outside of JINN portion distribution, will this option be available and does using NXT asset exchange make sense for that option, if not, why not?

Do I understand correctly? So only JINN shares portion of Iota will be on AE? Then where will be other portion of it?

A couple reasons:

1) NXT liquidity is simply too low. We experienced this with Jinn and wont make the same mistake again. Nxt is a great platform, but as a crowdfunding currency it is horrible at the moment if you need to convert Nxt to fiat or bitcoin.

2) We want to keep this as simple as possible, so we'll only accept Bitcoin the currency.

The other portion = Bitcoin. We only accept Bitcoin and JINN

David, could you open a new thread where you summarize all useful information in the opening post plz? It become difficult to follow discussions here and on slack.

And it could be interesting for investors to take decision to have more precise estimation about jinn and IOTA possible revenues.

Maybe CFB can say something about all this mess.
I think every investors is in just because of him, nobody else.

Berry, you were summoned to the supernet slack:

Quote
I contacted berry via slack to ask why he summons me (https://nxtforum.org/news-and-announcements/(ann)-jinn/msg197398/#msg197398) but looks like he doesn't use slack anymore. Could anyone post in that thread asking him to log here, please? My NxtForum account is disabled for security reason and email has never worked for me.

They don't have to worry about that. CfB is a code beast;) Our long term focus is on Jinn.

Portions of it, yes. But of course we have intellectual property on hardware so we don't kill ourselves. It will be a fine balancing act between facilitating growth of the ecosystem surrounding this kind of processor tech and that of running a profitable company.

Sounds good. Will JINN be designed as a clockless processor due it's asynchronous nature?
