Thank you very much for the update.

One question: The Abra compiler is the same as Jinri? If not, what is the difference?

Abra is the compiler/language. Jiniri is the emulator of Jinn

So, Abra is like C/C++ language? Is that similar to C/C++??

Trying to get the idea what kind of projects Jinn ecosystems I can think of.
I don't know what programming languages would be supported on platform.
If any of the existing linux/*nix OSs would still run on this architecture or a new special OS will be needed for this architecture. If new OS, then the utilities on that OS would be limited. It would be very much of many needed things to be coded from scratch or could be needing code modification, if existing open source projects won't be directly supported by the platform architecture.

Meaning I'm not clear what exactly to expect in Abra/Jinri release, so not able to think of project over it.

What is the relationship between this and Jinn?

From a layman' pointview, it seems if Rex is 1.0, Jinn is 2.0.

Yes and they seem to have been at it longer as well 2013 and it seems well funded.
Some comments on this by the people that actually know what their talking about would be nice. *(yes I am aware thats not me).

Abra is more similar to JavaScript, except even simpler. This is because we want as many as possible to be a part of this paradigm shift, as that is essential for Jinn's success. But we have professors on the task for C and JAVA.

One of our main focuses is to fit Jinn to existing IT infrastructure asap, again to open it to as many as possible. But we will have our own new OS. This has not been decided yet and will be one of our primary concerns in the coming months.

Info will come, but there's plenty of research papers on asynchronous technology and ternary technology on IEEE or even Google Scholar if you want to check the validity of the tech basics on your own.

In the semiconductor world refinement is king, innovation is rare. This will change in the next 5 years due to the fact that quantum mechanics makes Moore's Law obsolete in the coming decade. Actually it has already started.

Optical computing is actually very fit for ternary from the side of mother nature herself. It is something we will be actively pursuing. As for now quantum computing is not a realistic avenue for us ( requires millions of dollars ), but it's something we are keeping an eye on. An Australian research team has already researched the compability of ternary with quantum computing and the initial results are promising. (better than binary)

@Triangle.  Can we at list get a generalize ETA of when we might here something, other than vague references to something, possibly, maybe coming "soon".

I'm not asking for any details.  But can we get a statement like "There is a 75% chance that in 3 weeks we will be ready to reveal some significant details."

Thank you!  I know I never post here any more, but I do check in about once every 2-3 weeks.  Jinn keeps me coming back because I am ready for the revolution.

I have a feeling there is a big announcement coming shortly.  They want to have all their ducks in a row before announcing anything, and it's going to be big.

Browsing a little, I see that only 293 accounts have Jinn. It seems well distributed ::) lol

The project seems to have generated little enthusiasm, but I feel fortunate to have my assets. (team hasn't been interested in promote it, I assume for competence, this raises my curiosity ;))
something new? This year will see the forum?

I think that BCNext and "JINN team", have a lot of things in common. I would like to think that is "the 4 stage"! revolution 3.0  8)
