Guys, what is the status of NXT multisig feature for accounts/addreses?

Is not this feature name "phasing"? I think it is scheduled to go out with 1.4.0. Devs would need to confirm tho.

I think kushti has a stable branch of 2-phased transactions up and running. You'd have to ask him about the specifics though.
