The way I understand it, you cannot. In the moment you execute a lease, your effective (forging) balance becomes zero.

The leasing receiver cannot use that effective balance for forging (in addition to the effective balance they already have) until the leasing (the effective balance submitted) has received 1440 confirmations in the network, but that doesn't mean your effective balance is still yours to forge with in the meantime.

But others may want to confirm this.

If you are right there is a small bug in the client. Due to, the forging sign is still green after I have leased my balance and waiting for the 1440 confirmations.
