Games / Ever Need a boatload of Hay Day items?
« on: January 25, 2016, 06:06:37 pm »
Adding new stuff as I go...adjusting prices as I go...learning as I go.

The Hay Day player community is huge. Sadly, a large percentage aren't ambitious or savvy enough to go understand or use NXT as a currency, but many are. I'm hoping this can expand our user base and possibly get the Marketplace feature the recognition it deserves.

My current model is to offer hard-to-get, long-build-time and large batches of common items. Just experimenting, but if word spreads maybe we could expand the user base of NXT. I'm not posting in the Hay Day forum because the mods will shoot it down as a scam. Word of mouth I guess.

Yesterday I placed a Buy order for MMNXT.

This morning a Sell order was executed in the same amount/quantity as my Buy order. The transaction shows a debit to my balance instead of a credit.

I.e. I tried to buy, it sold, and it took my funds. Any ideas on this?

Nxt Helpdesk / Multiple NRS?
« on: March 08, 2015, 11:19:44 pm »
Are there any advantages to running multiple NRS instances?

My under standing is that my NXT balance and the network balance are the only factors in forging for personal gain. Is that right? I.e. Running two pcs using the same account will not increase return on my forging.

Does it help the community to run more inside the same LAN?

I've been reading and playing around with NXT for a couple of weeks. I have NRS running on a pi B+. I received 4 NXT coins from the faucet ( to "prime" my account. (And thanks for the generosity.)

I want to get a reasonable amount of coin to make forging worthwhile, but I'm not sure what exchanges to trust. I have just a small amount of BTC that I've mined over the last few weeks, so I can use that as a means of payment, but would rather use USD.

- How much NXT is a "good" amount to get any return via forging?
- I'd also like to buy some assets that I've seen on this forum
- can anyone help me with getting NXT with USD?

Is purchasing NXT on Yunbi "safe"?

My spider sense was tingling when they asked for an "official document number".

According to the regulations of the state, traders are required to submit they real name and ID Documents Number, in order to secure your property, please use your real-name and identity for the authentication, we guarantee that your confidential will be kept safety.

I'm jlauzon. Live in New York State and I'm very new to crypto currencies.

I started by reading about BTC a couple of months ago and bought two Antminer S4s to start mining. I also use Hashnest for cloud mining.

I read about NXT just a few days ago and find it intriguing. Still trying to wrap my head around the entire concept.

I've had a fear of fiat currencies for many years and I pray that we somehow find a way to solve the inherit problems with them.

I'll probably ask quite a few stupid questions along the way.

I do have a background in Java development and may eventually try to get involved in the development initiatives around NXT.

Anyway, this seems like a very friendly crowd and I look forward to see where this goes.
