Newbium is not a new blockchain, it is the spun off coin of the Nxttycoin publishing division. Nxttycoin board of directors voted to spin off the publishing division offering 40% of the coin in a crowd sale.

I still don't understand why ACCI will have value
the fact is I can not place neither buy oder nor sell order in MS now
so with these ACCIs in my account what can I do?

For SELL offers to be published there must be BUY offer liquidity, there must be BUYING of the current SELL offers for new BUY offers to appear. That is why you are able to only BUY ACCI at this time but cannot SELL ACCI.

I am not familiar with INDEX or ETF or something like that
just feel something is wrong although I don't know where is it
but the result maybe tell the truth that ACCI have no value because NO buying offer at all for so long time
maybe it is a good idea but not work so far
it is a pitty
