You don't have to buy likes to end up with loads of bots. Buying authentic facebook advertising will see you end up with loads of fake likes.

I've mentioned this on multiple instances in my post. I haven't been trashing him at all. Its not my fault he wouldn't engage in an actual conversation

Man.. I came in peace, now I'll have to leave with pity.
Please - just admit you brought these likes. Life goes on and maybe those who had some respect for you might lose a bit of it - but life will go on and your e-dick will  stay .

Also you posting people (which btw runs into 300 or so in that single post) - won't stop me from seeing their accounts.
Such shit you talk buddy.

:D  ...it's so refreshing when someone accuses you of a wrong which you have not done.

Can bots send you normal messages?

I love how you haven't defended yourself in any  of your posts or responded to the administrator's query.

I have realized that you can't engage with everyone, I used to try but then many posters told me not to reply to every comment.  This was in May, so adjusted my strategy.

Because you accuse me of a wrong which I have not done and I will not accept that.

Well, I have said my peace. It is on the record. People can come back to this in a few months and see I did sent out a warning :)

All I can say now to anyone that wishes to invest, BE CAREFUL. Whilst the product may be OK, the promotion around it in my opinion is not.

I guess I don't get it (being a non(ex)-Facebook user)... is this some stunning revelation that these likes were bought? As if no one knew this by looking at a picture with 30k likes?

The fact that he won't admit it is the problem and makes him look (a little) shady imo.

Admit what?  what's the use of buying likes?

What benefit does it do us?

It's a waste of money.

Yeah, it would be so sad to see a good product to use such promotion. :<

BUT Please people, if you have faith in this product, HODL your Nxttycoins. THERE ARE people eagerly trying to decrease (or correct?) the price to buy the Nxtty coins low!! It's just the way it is...
Do your research, listen to yourself, not others. Decide for yourself what the value of this product is. :)

The product, Nxtty messenger, is a good product though. It's interesting to see how this would take off and compete with the others ^^

Do you use face advertising to promote your page and your posts?

1) Yes, we do market as any normal brand but we have never bought likes.

2) We don't do page promotion it does not work.

What seems shady to me is someone would go through the bother of creating an alt/new account to raise a stink about this, call landomata deceptive, and yet offer 'help'.

Am I living in Crazy World now where we offer to collaborate on a project where we accuse the leader of being willfully deceptive?

My issue here isn't people raising valid concerns, airing opinions, etc -- let's all fire away (civilly). My only gripe is a hint of condescension where we're all gullible hicks falling for bought likes. I'm excited about Nxtty because of the possibilities. Can anyone here raise a hand that bought Nxtty because some goofball picture on Facebook had 30k likes?

No, no one bought because of the 30K likes on a picture, but some did buy based on the number of likes and apparent popularity of the app on Facebook (in fact this is why this thread was started, see post #1).

We raised a million Nxt before there was even a Facebook page.

Advertising on Facebook can be as simple as promoting a story. One simply sets the amount of money they will spend and then chooses their demographic.

I have promoted stories on the Nxt Community Facebook page targeting to people who have said they are interested in Bitcoin, digital money, internet money, etc. This puts the story in their feeds. In no way does it compel them to like it. When a hard fork brings us a new service, I've targeted people who already like Nxt. Targeting in Facebook is extremely valuable as so many users freely express their interests on their profiles and in their posts.

In defense of Nxtty, the pool of people who for instance indicate they text a lot or already use Facebook Messenger or post about their phones, or any other demographic marker of interest to Nxtty is HUGE. And for a relatively small budget Nxtty could promote (legitimately advertise) a post to a targeted audience.

When I was in Indonesia several years ago I was impressed with how prevalent cell phones were and texting seemed more natural to the nationals than in my experience in the USA at that time. India has a huge population of tech trendy people. Why should we doubt that these countries might not have users that could be part of the pool of people who would be in such a target market?

No doubt teenage girls text a lot and use Facebook a lot and are from a generation who are uninhibited about letting their interests be known on the internet. We shouldn't be surprised that they click like on Nxtty posts.

But, 10 year old girls are not permitted to use Facebook. A few may slip through, but not enough to use as an illustration. To say they comprise a large amount of those who like Nxtty is commenting in ignorance about how Facebook actually works. I wonder then how much such a commenter could really understand about Facebook advertising to make such hard line assertions and how much value we should attribute to their uneducated assumptions?

So many times on this forum we enter into a debate with an immoveable position based on our own biases, limited world views, narrow experiences and fueled by another's opinion that might be just as half baked.

My father often repeated these wise words to me: "You are in the most immanent danger of being wrong when you are the most positive you are right."

Let's stop constantly tearing ourselves apart in our ignorance and conjecturing and rally behind our community service providers like Nxtty. We do want Nxt platform to succeed, don't we?
