What are Brownie Points Good for?

Technically all Brownie Points mean is that you are on my good side.  Brownie Points are not redeemable for anything and do not create any obligations between me and anyone else.   BROWNIE.PTS is a tool that allows me to keep track of everyone who is in my good favor and to what extent.   You will want to make sure you claim your BROWNIE.PTS because it would just be rude to refuse the BROWNIE.PTS and one day you may regret it; Karma can be a Bitch.

BROWNIE.PTS is merely a tool for my own use and I may choose to stop issuing brownie points at any time for any reason.   I may reward them (or not) as I see fit, in the amounts I see fit, for the reasons I see fit.   I may also seize brownie points from any account if you fall out of favor and anyone who complains in any way about how Brownie Points are issued or how I use Brownie Points is certainly not in my favor and may lose any Brownie Points they have earned.

Since Bithaus is nowhere close to be an accepted asset, and it comes from few of the 7 investors (still in contact with), why not let them buy back this at the NAV determined by NxtHaus so we get rid of all the legal questions and everyone is happy. Is it a bad idea?

PS: I liked the TipTap idea and wish you the best to continue and promote your projects any way you can.

What I am mostly working on right now is bring the business back to life and get more dedicated people on board that can help with day to day operations. I don't necessarily think that the future of NxtHaus is solely/exclusively inside Nxt. Many great opportunities for the business lie outside this community and I think it is in the interest of everyone involved to try and seize these opportunities. If anyone from this community wants to help out with this feel free to reach out to me.

And as for a legal asset, that is put on hold until more of the legal questions are answered. Especially if we consider that the ESMA got involved (or attracted) to Nxt, there are a lot of uncertainties, and potentially trouble involved with issuing assets for a registered company.

You can always send it to the CFC (Community Funds Committee) with the stipulation that it needs to be used to fund the core devs. They pay them monthly stipends, so that would fit your intent.

As part of the overall Tennessee plan, we want to put some serious pressure on the development of lite/customisable clients and webwallets.
Good GUI devs need to be paid, secure webwallets are also not cheap, so putting funds towards either would help.
You don't have to subscribe to Tennessee, but maybe offer your funds as a bounty for a specific project.

"Scammer and liar". Not once in my life have I scammed anyone or lied purposefully to harm others. I think that you, as an outsider that is not aware of the situation should stop spreading falsified and premature information without even contacting me.

Lets discuss what Startups are. 9 out of 10 startups fail simply because they are not able to execute on their vision. There may have been difficulties in setting up the product, there may have been no market fit or there simply may have been wrong timing with a lot of bad luck that determined the fate of the Startup. NxtHaus is a Startup. People in the crypto-currency space simply don't realize that they are investing in Startups, not omnipotent money-making schemes. How many of the assets proposed on the Nxt AE have actually succeeded and offered an ROI? Probably a very small percentage.

I have not once accepted any money from the Nxt AE and the people who have invested money in NxtHaus were 6 in total. Only those 6 people are directly involved and only those 6 people have any rights as investors. I have made it clear very early on that the Bithaus asset on the Nxt AE has nothing to do with me or NxtHaus. Therefore if you bought it, talk to James but don't call me a scammer.

As I have already made it clear months ago, I am currently looking for someone to take over NxtHaus so that we cannot leave it behind as a failed project. The infrastructure that I have setup over more than 8 months of hard work is still very much worth it and could lead to an operational exchange with a short time-frame. I currently simply do not have the willpower or the passion to continue operation a crypto-currency exchange.

I take all the blame for taking so long to setup NxtHaus. But I think nobody in this entire community would have realized in early 2014 how hard it would be to get a bank to work together, to get a functional exchange up and running and to actually build a userbase. I have my utmost respect to Coinimal as they have done an amazing job at realizing what NxtHaus should have evolved into. But I don't take the blame for trying - because trying is what entrepreneurship is all about. So if you have any questions, you know where to reach me. Currently I'm working on transferring the ownership over to someone else, potentially to one of the investors.
