The Asset plugins in MyNxt do not have currently the option to attach a message to an asset transfer, as required by Bittrex. This is as far as I've seen an unusual requirement for an exchange deposit, but I have reported this to the MyNxt website developer so this modification can be added to development list.
To work around the problem, I can only see two ways at this moment.
The first is using the full Nxt Client to do the transfer to Bittrex, so you have the option to attach a message to an asset transfer as Bittrex demands. There's three alternatives to do this:
- One, transfer first your ARDR to an account you create using the Nxt Client (find latest version here
), and then forward your ARDR to Bittrex from that account using the Nxt Client.
- Two, export the Nxt passphrase from your MyNxt wallet account, so you can open that same account in the Nxt Client. Steps to do that can be found here
- Three, install the NXT Full Client plugin in your MyNxt wallet account. This is the fastest route and it has a plugin fee cost of about 3-4$.
The second option would be using another exchange instead of Bittrex. Poloniex for instance does not require messages in asset deposit transactions.
