I sent 100 ARDR to NXT wallet it worked and it was a fast transaction. Now I try to transfer ARDR out of NXT-wallet with "trasfer asset". I try to send 50 of 100 ARDR to bittrex but I get the message "Not enough founds". Do you have any suggestions what could be wrong?
Fee for asset tranfer is 1 NXT. Do you have it? ???

I think people on MyNXT are mislead by the label "Ardor distribution status: 0 ARDR" ::)
But if you read it literally - it is correct! 8)
Didtribution ended yesterday and there is nothing to distribute! :P

This.

If you're using mynxt.info and you want to see and transfer your Ardor, you'll need the (free) Assets plugin on the mynxt site.
And of course you need a minimum of 1 NXT to pay for the blockchain transaction fee.

Im a newbie aged 55 with basic computing skills let alone a lot of crypto experience. Yes I have btc which is now more valuable but that has not convinced my friends. They also have spare cash to invest but they are waiting for me to begin to get off my training wheels before investing. I have had NXT since just before the snapshots began all the way through till the end. My account also says 0 for Ardor and I have been peddling hard to try to find out if I have missed out on Ardor. If a Youtube video was available with step by step instructions for newbies like me NXT or crypto in general would get more investment (no Im not rich but have a small amount to invest). My NXT account is NXT-2YTV-6ZVA-4DZC-DZZCN. My account balance in mynxt.info wallet says 3.88 btc worth of NXT but 0 Ardor. I am begging for a favour to know if I have any hidden ardor and where to find them
Thanks in advance
Cheers

A short description for installing the Asset Plugin on wallet.mynxt.info to see your Ardor:

- Log into your account at wallet.mynxt.info
- On the left there is the dashboard with a "+ Plugins" button, click on it:

- chose the basic asset plugin:

- confirm the disclaimer and your plugin will be installed

- back at the dashboard, click on the plugin button:

- You will see your Ardor balance under "My Assets" and you can send them out by clicking on the asset name and choosing the second tab "Transfer"!

I enter the transfer amount - 1000 ARDR. Then I type the wallet address, and click blue button "transfer"

It shows this:

As you can see - even though you select the amount of ARDR - shows 0 NXT

Here is the problem

I just transferred some ARDR from my Mynxt.info account to another account this way. No problem.
Since no NXT is transferred, it shows 0 NXT. They should add a field to show the asset amount transferred.
Are you sure you entered the right master (!) password, not your login-password?

So I'm sure - I entered the master password

There is another problem in the case of transfer to bittrex.

That amount has been assigned to the account, you must enter your message.

Where type a message?

Hi avart,

The Asset plugins in MyNxt do not have currently the option to attach a message to an asset transfer, as required by Bittrex. This is as far as I've seen an unusual requirement for an exchange deposit, but I have reported this to the MyNxt website developer so this modification can be added to development list.

To work around the problem, I can only see two ways at this moment.

The first is using the full Nxt Client to do the transfer to Bittrex, so you have the option to attach a message to an asset transfer as Bittrex demands. There's three alternatives to do this:

- One, transfer first your ARDR to an account you create using the Nxt Client (find latest version here), and then forward your ARDR to Bittrex from that account using the Nxt Client.
- Two, export the Nxt passphrase from your MyNxt wallet account, so you can open that same account in the Nxt Client. Steps to do that can be found here.
- Three, install the NXT Full Client plugin in your MyNxt wallet account. This is the fastest route and it has a plugin fee cost of about 3-4$.

The second option would be using another exchange instead of Bittrex. Poloniex for instance does not require messages in asset deposit transactions.
