Your choices are hold or convert to Ardor/Ignis. Traditionally, holding is always a good strategy with crypto. But you'll need to be patient as it may take a a year or so but you will see it rise again. I switched to Ardor and Ignis as I see them as the crypto of the future. Again, I'm planning on HODLing as it works well.
