i had my nxt coin on bter last year when ardor snapshot and bter announced that bter was taking the snapshot.

i am writing them tickets asking for my ardor before the chinese exchange close and bter refuse to answer me.

i am feeling like bter is robbing my money!!!any idea about what is happing with bter and ardor??

That sucks.  I thought all the major exchanges were honoring the snapshot.

best to just hold your nxt in your own wallet.

yes, I will do that for Ignis snapshot.

I just trusted bter when they announced they will take the Ardor Snapshot.

If you go down the site to the middle and right, just in the area of ANNOUNCEMENT, it is well written "BTER takes the NXT2(Ardor) snapshots" as I show in the red rectangle in the following screenshot of the site

Remember Mt Gox. Never keep anything substantial on exchanges.  Transfer in, transfer out.  It's the sad reality of crypto and the wild west nature of it.  BTER is located in China which means you don't even have the ability to threaten with legal action. I trade with Poloniex which (I think) is located in the US.  Still, I don't trust them and if I'm doing a large purchase, I do it in smaller increments.
