Hello, I deposit NXT in my Bittrex account but I forgot to add the Message so my NXT is direct to this address "NXT-97H4-KRWL-A53G-7GVRG "

What can I do, is there any chance to get my coins?

What if they tell me that they will not recover my fund? Do you think my deposit is in their wallet?

The problem is only that they don't know where to send the funds (because lack of message)
but the funds are in still in their control. I'm sure it can be sorted with their support.

Yes I send a ticket and I will be waiting on their feedback, since I send $12.50 worth of NXT and only my NXT, I think I'm down.

Block explorer is your friend:

So, the transaction went thru, Bittrex have your NXT.
You now need to ask Bittrex nicely to either return the NXT to the sending account, or to credit it to your Bittrex balance.
You can prove that you are the owner of your NXT account by generating a token, if Bittrex need proof.

Solution: Do not use Bittrex or any other centralized exchange.  MGW's "m-of-n" solution is not "hack proof" but it is certainly a lot better.  At least two out of the three operators would have to collude together.

correct.

Even though ramchains/MGW is now in its third total rewrite, I am still having ideas to improve it.
The next improvement requires some simple tradebots and InstantDEX  first, but once they are there I will be able to automate the "deposit, trade, withdraw" that we always advise people. it should just all happen automatically so the users just trade, but underneath it is doing the "deposit, trade and withdraw" or even "trade, deposit, withdraw"

After that I have even another idea to further decentralize things. at that point it will be very close to the ideally fully decentralized solution. clearly the safest place for your crypto is your local computer. however crypto needs to be made easier to use before that step and this i am working on too
