Seems like ARDOR is positioned well for ICO regulation

I'm not that much of an expert in this, but it seems like ARDOR allows you to make a new child chain with enough restrictions to satisfy China or any government regulations. Is there a new article about this after this news about China.

I don't think Ardor itself counts as an ICO. I wonder if new child chains would be ICOs or something else. Regulations are in an early state of development right now. So we don't know what the regulation environment will be like in a few years.

Yes, it would be a child chain that would have the ICOs, like IGINIS, but you can configure the rules to your liking.

Here's the latest from the Chinese, someone should make a child chain dedicated to Chinese regulation of ICOs on Ardor, there's no specifics yet, but you can promise to constantly update it.
